LEADING REAL ESTATE EDUCATOR PREPARES DORSEY ALSTON REALTORS ASSOCIATES FOR REVISED 2008 SALES CONTRACTS

ATLANTA - On Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2007, Dorsey Alston sales associates and staff will be among the first Realtors in Atlanta to preview the 2008 Georgia Association of Realtors’ purchase and sale agreements in two back-to-back courses offering agents continuing education credit with the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

According to president and managing broker, Jody Abstance, sales associates will be updated on various changes in the new contracts and instructed in appropriate usage and implementation of 2008 exhibits, amendments and stipulations.

Veteran real estate educator Patricia Johnson will conduct the courses at Dorsey Alston’s Buckhead office. Johnson is a past president and current board member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association, who recently honored her with the coveted Distinguished Career award.
