DORSEY ALSTON AGENTS HONORED AT MILLION DOLLAR CLUB EVENT

ATLANTA - Eleven of Dorsey Alston's top agents were recognized by the Atlanta Board of Realtors for outstanding performance in residential real estate sales in 2007.

Rudy Harrell was once again named top agent in Atlanta, a position he has held since 2000.  Rudy also received the Gold Phoenix award, signifying 30 years of membership in the Million Dollar Club.

"Rudy is Atlanta's most respected and accomplished Realtor," said Jody Abstance, president and managing broker.  "For more than 35 years he has led the way in professionalism and in sales ranking. There is simply no one else who works as effectively and with such consistent results."

Four agents were also recognized for individual accomplishments.  Snow Benedict was the recipient of the Silver Phoenix award for 25 years of membership and Jeff McCrary received the Phoenix award for 10 years of membership.  Price Curtis, Dorsey Alston's No. 2 agent, was also recognized as the No. 9 agent in Atlanta, placing him in the top 5 percent of Atlanta Realtors.  Dorsey Alston associates Beverly Briggs, Molly Caine, Cindy Dennis, Becca Harrell, Merrel Hattink, Anne Morris and Kathy Rubenstein were also among the agents honored at this year's event.

The Million Dollar Club Banquet is organized each year by the Atlanta Board of Realtors.  The banquet, held at the Downtown Hyatt hotel, honored the 700 professionals who qualified for the Million Dollar Club in  2007.
