I had the pleasure of working with Allan while purchasing a home for myself. I am also a licensed real estate agent and represented myself on the buyer's side of the transaction but Allan was the listing agent for the seller. He was very professional and extremely responsive during the entire transaction. Since I do not normally participate in residential transactions, I must say that he made the process very easy. I would personally use his services for any future residential needs and recommend him to anyone looking for a professional realtor.

Kara helped us navigate the process of buying a home from out of state in early 2022 right before interest rates took a hike, just about the toughest time to buy a house in the Atlanta area. She was able to set up full days of viewing homes for us while we were in town just for a day or two and already had all the info on the homes we were looking at before we got there. In a weird twist of fate and timing, we found a perfect home in Peachtree Hills and she was able to leverage her relationship with the listing agent to get us into the home before pictures were even taken. I'm a results-oriented guy, so here's what matters to me: During this entire process, we made one offer on one home and it was accepted, for a price we were comfortable with, something pretty unheard of in that market. The lender Kara suggested got us approved despite changing jobs in the move, and she has stayed in touch after the fact with help along the way. What else could you need?

This is our third real estate transaction with Judy. The first was when she helped us purchase our home in Clearwater, followed by the sale of a rental house and recently the sale of vacant land. Judy has an excellent knowledge of market values, she is quick to return calls and is always professional when negotiating with both buyers, agents and others involved in the transactions. We have worked with other real estate agents in the past that have not demonstrated nearly the dedication that Judy has.

Maria is the kindest person and was extremely helpful in finding a new home for my partner and I to rent. There was another person looking at the same place we were and she really fought for us. Would absolutely recommend Maria for any renting or buying needs! Will definitely be reaching out to here again when needed in the future.

Carly did an amazing job selling our morningside home. We spoke with a few agents that all had different strategies. We trusted Carly’s opinion on how to price and position our home. We received multiple offers that drove the price far higher than what we thought we would get (which was her strategy!). Just as importantly, she took our family situation into account. We have two kids. 6 & 4, and she made sure to structure showing times as well as house prep keeping in mind our need for a normal family life. I could not give Carly a higher recommendation; she’s phenomenal to work with!
