Blair would provide us the buyers feedback after each showing and stayed in constant communication with us during the entire process. When we were having minor repairs done on the property, she would go as far as to meet contractors at the house and ensure everything was taken care of. After receiving multiple offers on the home she help guide us as to which offer had the best chance of closing, and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the contract terms. I can truly say that our experience with Blair was nothing short of spectacular and if we are ever in the market to purchase a home in Atlanta in the future, Blair will be our first call!
