When I first met him, I had talked to several other real estate agents who wouldn’t answer my questions without requiring me to sign a buyer’s representation agreement first – I didn’t object to protecting an agent who represented me; I just wasn’t sure I was ready to take the plunge as a buyer. Then I met Sonny who not only answered my questions but also drove me around for several days and weekends showing me different neighborhoods and obliging my interest to look at every single thing on the market.
