Kara helped us navigate the process of buying a home from out of state in early 2022 right before interest rates took a hike, just about the toughest time to buy a house in the Atlanta area. She was able to set up full days of viewing homes for us while we were in town just for a day or two and already had all the info on the homes we were looking at before we got there. In a weird twist of fate and timing, we found a perfect home in Peachtree Hills and she was able to leverage her relationship with the listing agent to get us into the home before pictures were even taken. I'm a results-oriented guy, so here's what matters to me: During this entire process, we made one offer on one home and it was accepted, for a price we were comfortable with, something pretty unheard of in that market. The lender Kara suggested got us approved despite changing jobs in the move, and she has stayed in touch after the fact with help along the way. What else could you need?

We never felt pressured by Allan as we bought our new home and sold our old one. He was very patient as we looked at many different areas around Atlanta. Allan was very quick to respond to all if our questions. We would use him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling.

Kate is a real estate expert, there was not a question we asked that she did not know! On top of being knowledgeable, she was friendly and engaging which made the home buying process enjoyable instead of the hellscape I thought it was going to be. My favorite part of working with Kate is that she wasn't a saleswoman, she was an advocate. She did not try to be slick and pressure us into anything, for example we did not want to get a survey done and she explained to me both sides of the issue, and let us make our own decision.
