Kate is a real estate expert, there was not a question we asked that she did not know! On top of being knowledgeable, she was friendly and engaging which made the home buying process enjoyable instead of the hellscape I thought it was going to be. My favorite part of working with Kate is that she wasn't a saleswoman, she was an advocate. She did not try to be slick and pressure us into anything, for example we did not want to get a survey done and she explained to me both sides of the issue, and let us make our own decision. Julia was great to work with from start to finish. We had a flexible timeline but very precise desires for our first home, and she helped us find our dream home. She was helpful in teaching us all about the home buying process, as we were first-time home buyers. I felt compelled to write a review for Kara after recently purchasing our first home during the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic. My wife, Hailey, and I moved to Atlanta last year and have been staying in a family condo in Buckhead while we got settled. I was born and raised in Atlanta so while I am familiar with many areas and neighborhoods, a lot has changed in 10 years. Also, my background is in real estate, being a licensed Sales Person in the state of GA. With all that said, we could have never done it without Kara Woodall! What started out as a search for a rental house in Buckhead, quickly expanded into a search for a home and Kara was able to walk us through every step. From defining our search criteria to meeting with lenders, Kara was on top of it. She understood our budget and never seemed to mind our indecisiveness or constant changes. We looked all over Atlanta and Kara didn't miss a beat, knowing the best school districts and the pros/cons both OTP and ITP. She knew the neighborhoods that would be the right fit for us now, in a few years, and in the future when we want sell. Kara has an incredible network of agents and always knew about houses coming on the market days, weeks, and even months before they were officially listed. She would go above and beyond to get photos and videos of house so that we didn't have to waste time touring homes that would not work. When we toured together, Kara offered great insight on the area, the market, the house, and the price. She does her research and stays on top of all the listings and sales to know where a house should be priced and what a competitive offer should be. She was quick to point out things we could or may want to change and the modifications that may require more money or work than we wanted. Kara would also bring to our attention issues that could impact the resale value that we did not pick-up on. The best part of working with Kara was when it came time to put in an offer. We never felt pressured by Kara to put in an offer or offer more than we were comfortable with. She reassured us that we would find the right house. I've done a lot of real estate deals but Kara gave us specific guidance on how to make our offer more competitive in ways I would not have even considered. She knows how to win a deal! After we went under contract, Kara stayed on top of every detail. She hit every deadline, lining up inspections, survey, appraisals, and walk-throughs. She coordinated with our lender and setup the closing. She remained in constant contact with us throughout the process, even when the state was under a shelter-in-place. I will continue to refer all my friends, family, and even strangers to Kara. If/when it comes time to sell, Kara will be the listing agent.

I didn't think buying a home could be this easy, but with a superhero like Olivia as your realtor, it can be. From working together previously, I was familiar with Olivia's incredible work ethic and professionalism, but she still managed to exceed expectations. Her expertise and connections were invaluable as she helped two, new homebuyers navigate the unfamiliar waters of home buying. Olivia's knowledge combined with constant communication made it so that my wife and I never had to worry. Getting from the decision to buy a house to closing day couldn't have been any better than it was with Olivia. I would recommend Olivia to anyone looking for a realtor!

Liz represented my girlfriend and I in finding a home in May and June of this year (2014). Throughout the search, Liz was extremely proactive in finding and sending us any options that she thought fit our requirements in a home. She always took into account the things that were most important to us, and she was very accommodating when it came to fitting our schedules in regards to seeing houses- in some cases multiple times. She was happy to set up showings, keep up with the statuses of houses in which we had interest, and keep us updated on what was our best course of action. When we picked a house, she remained an integral part of the contract and closing process, and was always there to help clarify any questions we had and make sure our closing stayed on schedule. I believe that in the current marketplace with low inventory and high demand, we as homeowners shortchange real estate agents, thinking all they have to do is list and sit back while prospective buyers make offers. This could not be further from the truth. I firmly believe that without Mary’s experience, diligence and skills, we would have ended up with lower offers. Maria has now represented us in buying two homes and selling one. I would recommend Maria to my dearest family and friends. If I could give more than five stars, I would, because Mary Agnes Reynolds is truly a phenomenal real estate agent. In 2016 we needed a realtor. There was only one person we would think to call and that's Mary Agnes. She made the process seamless and pleasant. We have known her personally for over 15 years and she has always been honest, trustworthy and someone willing to go the extra mile for her clients. She was extremely detailed, patient and on top of all this, she is such a kind soul. You won't find a better realtor than Mary Agnes!
