Working with Blair was an outstanding experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, organized, responsive and excellent with communication. I needed assistance in coordinating some repairs and updates to my home prior to listing. Blair has a full array of professionals with whom she works, and she coordinated all of the evaluations and repairs by numerous high quality service providers (electrical, plumbing, tile, painting, stucco, roof, carpet, etc). Everything ran so smoothly under her oversight, and my home was ready to be listed within a few weeks. She advised on some style issues, including paint and backsplash, and made choices which really enhanced my home. She coordinated staging with a company which did a beautiful job and presented my home to show its full potential. Her photographer took lovely photos, and my listing was very nicely done. Her approach to pricing was thoughtful and informed, and her initial idea about price ended up being right on the mark. Blair was well-informed regarding COVID safety protocols and various contractual issues that arose during the sale process. She was meticulous to detail. Communication was very timely and clear. Blair went above and beyond in facilitating working through an issue that needed to be resolved to help the contract go through. She demonstrated calmness, clarity, perseverance and follow-through. She remained professional and unflappable throughout. She communicated very well with the buyers' agent, which really helped make the sale possible. This was the most pleasant experience I could have imagined throughout this process, given a variety of circumstances which made the listing and sale fairly challenging. Ashley is a breath of fresh air! I have worked with many "sales" people in my life that are so anxious to make a sale that they often ignore the best interests of their client. Ashley is the opposite. She takes time to really listen to what you are looking for and what you want/need in a home. First let me say that I was looking to rent a property. I understand that does not generate as much revenue for an agent as a sale, but I reached out to 10+ agents with no response. My email to Ashely about one of her properties was answered within an hour of me sending it. That property was no longer available, but she called me and talked me through what I was looking for and started sending me listings. I was in a major time crunch and it was right near the Thanksgiving holiday, but Ashley went out of her way to make time for me. She listened to my concerns, provided recommendations, she had all of the info at the ready any time I had a question. She made an otherwise nightmare process a total breeze. Once I found a property I liked, she kept on top of the listing agent. I had such a short time to sign the contract and move in, and if it had not been for Ashley's dedication and persistence, I do not know what I would have done! Ashely is knowledgeable about multiple areas of town. The areas she was not as familiar with she helped me research. She is honest and friendly, and goes out of her way to help you find what you are looking for.
