Kim is simply the best. I was referred to her by a friend, and truly I could not have asked for a better agent. She was patient with me, took the time to get to know me, my personality, my wants and needs when it comes to buying a home, and more. We spent months looking, yet Kim remained steadfast and hopeful as we continued the search. She didn’t give up, and she didn’t get frustrated. She also didn’t try and convince me to buy a home that I didn’t truly love, for some sort of selfish reason or because she had a need to sell one. Heather helped me sell my home in 2015 and purchase a home in 2016. She advised me on items to do before the listing and then also hired a person to stage the home. The home sold at 92% of list price just before Thanksgiving 2015. I thought this was acceptable since it was close to the holidays and there are not as many buyers during that time of year. She is very knowledgeable and flexible and I would use her again!

I reached out to Kim to help me find an investment property. I am located out of town and constantly on the road so Kim had to really handle the entire process alone and just keep me filled in. Our experience was a bit unique in that we were moving from out of state and unable to see properties in person. Carly went out of her way to see properties for us and FaceTime us during the showings so we could see the houses. After choosing our future home Carly’s negotiating skills were second to none. If you have a house you want she will do everything in her power to make sure you get that house. In a very difficult buyers market we were able to get the house of our dreams over 15 other offers. We would later find out at closing this was largely thanks to Carly’s recommendation to “add a 3” end of our offer. We were also able to negotiate some additional terms during due diligence to get some concessions from the seller.
