My wife and I met Jennie for the first time over coffee first thing Saturday morning during a weekend trip to Atlanta to find a rental. Jennie was 8.999 months pregnant at the time and delivered later that week. One month later she was giving us a Facetime walk through of a house in the exact neighborhood we wanted. One month after that we moved across the country with our 18 month-old. Fast forward one year, our lease was coming to an end and we were interested in buying a home in the neighborhood. Full circle, this time my wife was 8.999 months pregnant. We didn’t know what we wanted in a house. This was going to be our first home purchase. Jennie didn’t just show us houses. When we finally were ready to make an offer, Jennie advocated for us and took us from offer to signing. We are now in the house we wanted with our growing family.

Once my house went on the market, we had a few frustrating situations occur that were completely outside of our control and while it was very stressful, I had peace of mind knowing that Blair was on top of it. Blair reinforced this peace of mind because she was always proactive with her communication. During the process, she was having to deliver unpleasant news due to poor communication on the side of other stakeholders. In addition to her proactive communication with me, she came prepared with possible solutions and proactive next steps. In fact, my friend was recently buying a house on the west coast and was not having a positive experience. She asked me multiple times if Blair could be her realtor because she was so impressed (and jealous) with my experience!

Elizabeth helped my fiancé and myself buy our very first home! We had a great experience and even though we were very picky she was very patient and quick to set up appointments as we wanted to see a lot of different options. She also was very helpful during the buying process as we had very little experience with it. She made everything easy and stress free. I would not advise anyone in the Atlanta area to use anyone but Austin! He is absolutely amazing!!!! We worked with us so well. We came away with the exact price, closing date, and items fixed we wanted! Oh did I mention, $35k below list price!
