Heather is AWESOME! My husband and I had a limited time to get our house shopping done for an out of state move to GA. Buying a house is definitely one of the most stressful things to do, but Maggie made the entire process so easy and fun. My husband and I were clueless about what part of town we wanted to move to but Maggie was so patient with us and spent countless hours and days showing us houses until we found the one. She was a bulldog at negotiating and got us a great deal! I can’t imagine going through the process with anyone else but Maggie. When we decide to look for our next home, she will be our first call!

I purchased a condo in Vinings/Smyrna in 2009 that Allan was selling. The negotiation went well, and I got a good deal on it. Several months later I asked Allan to be my Realtor, and help me find a single-family home. Allan worked very hard for me showing me homes in my price range, and homes that had what I wanted. My search was pretty spread out over Atlanta, and Allan is very knowledgeable of the entire Atlanta market which helped my decision on which county, school district, etc. I was impressed with his timeliness, responsiveness, and willingness to listen to me.
