Allan helped us buy our first home back in 2018 in West Midtown and was very patient as it was a new build that was delayed over a year. He stayed on top of the sales agent/builder to help get a lot of our questions answered. In 2021, Allan was pivotal in locking down our first single-family home in Dunwoody in an insanely high-priced market. He speaks his honest opinion and does not sugarcoat anything which is necessary in the competitive real estate world. He pays attention to the details and has a good intuition for how we were feeling about each home we saw. He helped us pick our battles as far as what to negotiate and what to not negotiate. Allan was crucial throughout the whole process and even helped us resolve an inspection warranty item after we had already moved in, which is just straight dedication! After telling Kim what we were looking for, we looked at houses for only a couple of weeks and she was able to find us exactly what we wanted.
