When I hired Ashley as my real estate agent in search of a condo, I had set some very specific parameters around location and building characteristics. At the time, I would have only purchased something if the property met all my requirements, putting Ashley to the test. Amazingly, Ashley was able to find an off-market condo unit that exceeded my expectations and we were able to close the deal without a bidding war in a hot real estate market (2015).
