After trying desperately (and failing miserably) to try and find a place for my husband and I on our own - we contacted Carly to help with our search. She jumped in two feet first and within a day or so had dozens of options for us to look through, all easily organized by neighborhood. She listened to our wants/needs/must haves and she was able to line up several of fantastic places for us to look at. She handled every bit of the process (from gate codes to coordinating with realtors) and made it SO easy for us to find our perfect place! She was highly organized, thorough, assertive, and never once did we feel like she was on anyone’s “side” other than ours. On top of all that, she’s one of the sweetest people I have ever met! I was a first time home buyer and Beth was extremely helpful in navigating the crazy Atlanta are market with me. I started my search within the perimeter and Beth was very knowledgeable about the different areas. When I expanded my search to the Mableton/Smyrna area, Beth worked hard to get to know the neighborhoods she was less familiar with so that I was as prepared as possible. Once I found a place and my offer was accepted, Beth was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of home buying, as there was A LOT I didn't know.
