Where do I start? Kim is the best. Heather helped me sell my home in 2015 and purchase a home in 2016. She advised me on items to do before the listing and then also hired a person to stage the home. The home sold at 92% of list price just before Thanksgiving 2015. I thought this was acceptable since it was close to the holidays and there are not as many buyers during that time of year. She is very knowledgeable and flexible and I would use her again!

Lindsey is an excellent real estate agent. One of the best in Atlanta. I've used her for all of my purchase and sale transactions over the last 6 years. Maggie goes above and beyond the call of duty. Home investment is the largest investment most people make within their lifetime, and Maggie treats you like it’s her investment too. On top of that, she is extremely personable and receptive when it comes to finding the property that fits you. I would not advise anyone in the Atlanta area to use anyone but Austin! He is absolutely amazing!!!! We worked with us so well. We came away with the exact price, closing date, and items fixed we wanted! Oh did I mention, $35k below list price!
