Kate helped us find a house when we were pregnant with our third and living w two other kids in our 2 bedroom condo in the city! She easily could have moved us into one of the first houses we saw bc I was ready to just move! But she helped us stay focused on what we told her we wanted. Kim was great. My wife and I were relocating for work and Kim could not have been more help. She knew about all areas of the city and was able to help us find the perfect place. Always responsive and able to accommodate our requests she showed us many homes in a very short time due to the relocation process. She also went out of her way to help us with inspections and other items while we were in our previous home trying to move.
