Margaux was great to work with for a home in an intown school district (E Rivers). She found homes and got us in to see them early so that we did not miss out. For the home that we ultimately purchased, the seller accepted another offer over ours, and when the other buyer backed out, Margaux presented our offer again and the seller accepted. It was Margaux's persistence that got us into our forever home.

Buying a house is definitely one of the most stressful things to do, but Maggie made the entire process so easy and fun. My husband and I were clueless about what part of town we wanted to move to but Maggie was so patient with us and spent countless hours and days showing us houses until we found the one. My husband and I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience of buying our dream home was thanks to Kim Junod. After telling Kim what we were looking for, we looked at houses for only a couple of weeks and she was able to find us exactly what we wanted. What seemed like a seamless process turned into a complicated situation when a tree fell on our prospective house. Kim was incredibly responsive and proactive. She spent two months going back and forth with the seller's realtor and the contractors to ensure we got exactly what we wanted as our prospective house needed to be repaired and our garage needed to be completely rebuilt. She was so personable and made herself available 24/7. We texted, emailed and talked on the phone almost daily throughout the whole rebuild process.

Julia was truly amazing and easy to work with. As first time home owners we knew so little going into the process and she was able to explain everything with knowledge and guidance.
