Scott and I worked together to come up with a listing price that I was comfortable with keeping in mind my bottom dollar number I wanted to have from the transaction. Scott made some suggestions on what to do to help stage the home for sale. Being a busy professional, I relied on Scott and his contacts (painters / handyman / cleaning people) to help get things taken care of so the townhouse could sell quickly. We received an offer that was accepted less than 2.5 weeks after being listed for 97% of the list price.
