When under contract, Maria was great about walking us through the steps without us getting overwhelmed, and had the ability to negotiate several items from our inspection. It is a crazy market, but with Marias expertise we were able to get our dream first home.

Kathy is a very knowledgeable realtor but best of all she is a caring and helpful person. There is nothing you can ask that she does not respond to and gets back to you as quickly as possible. As a client that did not know Atlanta well she could not have been more helpful in answering all our questions.I would highly recommend Kathy because she is very highly qualified to address all your concerns.

Working with Britton was a great experience! I did not realize the emotional roller coaster ride that comes with selling a house with 2 small children. However, throughout the entire process, Britton walked us through the whole process. She was always available with great wisdom/insights and advocated for us during negotiations.
