When we were having minor repairs done on the property, she would go as far as to meet contractors at the house and ensure everything was taken care of. After receiving multiple offers on the home she help guide us as to which offer had the best chance of closing, and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the contract terms. Jill is the bestt! No doubt about it. She will always be our first call for our real estate needs. It seems like she has sold half of the homes in our neighborhood, many of them several times, and she knows the market as well or better than anyone. We are 100% certain that the advice she gave us in preparing the house for sale more than covered her fee. I am sure there were times when she felt like letting our call roll to voicemail, but she was there day, night, weekends, whenever. Jill managed the buyers and their brokers very smoothly even though it can't be easy. The closing was smooth, as everything was prepared well ahead of time. The best part is that it gave us an opportunity to get to know Jill better which is at least as valuable to us as the excellent service provided.

Recently closed on our dream home with our dream agent. We moved from out of state with big expectations and little knowledge, making us very challenging clients. Barb was always available, on time, and here’s the important part, truthful. I always felt like her only client and I always felt like she was an actual friend doing us a favor, rather than someone trying to close a deal asap. She helped us figure out what we wanted and pointed out the cons, not just the pros, of the houses we saw. She stuck with us for as long as it took, never showed frustration, and we ended up getting a house that never even hit the market through her connections.
