The process had been painful and discouraging until Judy got involved. I had nearly given up. Allan first toured us through dozens of homes before we decided to buy a home to knock down only to then decide to sell it and start the search again 6 months later!! From there he always made time to show us everything we thought we may want to remotely consider. When we needed to move quickly on an opportunity he made it happen! Next was the sale of our existing home at the time.. his advice and graciousness made an elongated process move relatively smoothly despite some challenging buyers! Kim is simply the best. I was referred to her by a friend, and truly I could not have asked for a better agent. She was patient with me, took the time to get to know me, my personality, my wants and needs when it comes to buying a home, and more. We spent months looking, yet Kim remained steadfast and hopeful as we continued the search. She didn’t give up, and she didn’t get frustrated. She also didn’t try and convince me to buy a home that I didn’t truly love, for some sort of selfish reason or because she had a need to sell one. She simply trusted the process and kept at it with me as we searched for the perfect home. Quite far into the process, I actually put an offer on a house, but during inspections, several issues arose. Kim advised me to not follow through with the purchase. I listened to her, and I’m so glad I did. The house had too many problems, so I definitely dodged a bullet. Soon after that, another house came on the market that I loved, and Kim helped me negotiate an incredible price on an incredible home.
