If I could give more than five stars, I would, because Mary Agnes Reynolds is truly a phenomenal real estate agent. In 2016 we needed a realtor. There was only one person we would think to call and that's Mary Agnes. She made the process seamless and pleasant. We have known her personally for over 15 years and she has always been honest, trustworthy and someone willing to go the extra mile for her clients. Barbara Reichick has sold two of our homes and helped us purchase two as well. We thought we had our home decorated and arranged perfectly for selling but when she asked us to trust her, we did. When she and her staging assistants were finished, we were amazed at the difference their touches made. The house photographed beautifully and seemed like it had so much more space. Barbara is patient, personable and SMART! She kept us informed on important details through the entire sales process so our nerves were eased. My wife and I selected Blair to sell our rental home in Atlanta, GA and we could not be happier with our decision to list with her company. Blair went above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a top notch agent that you can trust has your best interest at heart. I had previously spoken with another real estate agent simply to get a feeling for what they thought they could sell the home for, then met with Blair who was confident that we were leaving at least $25K on the table based on the current market conditions. Blair was spot on with her assessment of the home's potential sale price as we sold it within $2K of the price she thought we could get. Since my wife and I currently live in Texas, Blair scheduled the showings directly with our 2 sets of tenants who were still occupying the property, and would send them reminders to ensure that the property was cleaned and set for a good showing that day. Blair would provide us the buyers feedback after each showing and stayed in constant communication with us during the entire process. When we were having minor repairs done on the property, she would go as far as to meet contractors at the house and ensure everything was taken care of. After receiving multiple offers on the home she help guide us as to which offer had the best chance of closing, and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the contract terms. I can truly say that our experience with Blair was nothing short of spectacular and if we are ever in the market to purchase a home in Atlanta in the future, Blair will be our first call!
