Kate helped us find a house when we were pregnant with our third and living w two other kids in our 2 bedroom condo in the city! She easily could have moved us into one of the first houses we saw bc I was ready to just move! But she helped us stay focused on what we told her we wanted. She was candid when she didn’t think a house fit us and was specific why. Bc of her marketing and patience she found us an unlisted house in one of our target neighborhoods. She worked w the seller and helped us come to good terms. I have recommended her to close friends and originally heard about her and Kelly from another friend. After the move she helped us sell our condo as well and bc I had just had my third baby at that time she even helped coordinating meeting handymen for us, checking in on things at the condo, etc. she really ensured that buying a home was a good experience.

As a first time home buyer, there is no one else that I would have rather had by my side during this process than Julia. I have known Caroline for over 15 years and she has assisted my wife and I with three separate real estate transactions, two on the selling side and one on the buying side. More specifically, Caroline assisted us with buying a house in Atlanta while we lived in London. Carly was so wonderful to work with! As first time home buyers, she was so patient looking at house after house and finally found the perfect starter home! We started off looking at homes to remodel then quickly decided we didn't want to do a complete remodel. Carly was so helpful when we shifted gears and neighborhoods. Even after buying our home we ran into a few problems and she was so willing to help get in contact with the right people to fix/solve our problems! Alex is the absolute best. I can't recommend her enough! My husband and I were moving back to Atlanta from out of town, and Alex helped to make the process seamless and enjoyable while navigating the home buying process from afar. We came into town one weekend to look at houses, and Alex had an entire organized itinerary ready for us to maximize our weekend of home searching.
