My wife and I selected Blair to sell our rental home in Atlanta, GA and we could not be happier with our decision to list with her company. Since my wife and I currently live in Texas, Blair scheduled the showings directly with our 2 sets of tenants who were still occupying the property, and would send them reminders to ensure that the property was cleaned and set for a good showing that day. Blair would provide us the buyers feedback after each showing and stayed in constant communication with us during the entire process. When we were having minor repairs done on the property, she would go as far as to meet contractors at the house and ensure everything was taken care of. After receiving multiple offers on the home she help guide us as to which offer had the best chance of closing, and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the contract terms. I can truly say that our experience with Blair was nothing short of spectacular and if we are ever in the market to purchase a home in Atlanta in the future, Blair will be our first call!

Hire him!! Allan is very knowledgeable about the market and about the process, and he is very quick to respond to calls and emails. I was a first-time buyer and really appreciated his attentiveness. He is patient, easy-going, and not pushy at all. He stays on top of deadlines and keeps you informed. He also has a great network of other professionals he can recommend including home inspectors, lenders, contractors, designers, etc. He is just a wealth of information. My husband and I were so excited to begin our home search in May 2020. As first time homebuyers, we were sick of renting and wanted a house we could settle into and finally start our family in. Kim made the closing process so easy and stress-free for us and went out of her way to facilitate everything with the sellers. We owe Kim a debt of gratitude for her dedication to us - she was available day and night, highly responsive, very encouraging, and extremely helpful. Our journey of finding the right home wasn’t easy but Kim made it all possible in the end.
