As a first time, single, potential homeowner, I was initially hesitant to even begin the process. Though, what Liz was able to provide was the most essential level of peace of mind I needed to jump right in. As soon as I reached out to her, she was completely devoted to looking for the right home for me, based on my preference and budget. Lindsay showed me houses FOR 5 years before I could commit, so much patience. She can tell you what kind of grass every house in the greater atlanta area is growing in their backyard. She is a delight to be around and went so far above what is expected of a realtor, she becomes a part of the family.
