Calling Jennie a great realtor is a drastic understatement. She is a friend, confidant, expert, guardian and spirit guide. I’m not sure what other people’s experience is with realtors, but finding one this good I’m sure is not easy. We moved to Atlanta a few months ago after living abroad. We had no idea what we were getting into when we started thinking about buying our first home. Luckily a mutual friend introduced us to Jennie. We didn’t have the first clue what we were doing - were we buying or renting? Suburbs or in-town? Condo, single family? We had no idea but she didn’t bat an eyelash, none of this was a problem for the even-keeled, kind natured Jennie. She answered our many silly questions. She helped us scour the whole of Atlanta even when she knew there were only a couple neighborhoods that would qualify. She found us the perfect home. Even though our sellers were looking to move fast, due diligence was a breeze. Her knowledge of the mortgage side of things put our minds at ease about all the financial aspects of the purchase. She even took several phone calls late into the evening, and bent over backward to make sure our lender and loan was available on time for closing! To say she’s a miracle worker is an understatement. She was able to make time for us, finding the only blanks in our busy calendars. She communicated every detail of the process so there were no surprises. She made buying a home easy and fun. I’m not sure what else I could say other than she’s the best. If you want the best experience finding a home in Atlanta you found the best realtor.

Where do I start? Kim is the best. My wife and I, along with our 3 month old, were moving to Atlanta from Los Angeles and needed someone that could be on the ground helping us search through this wild housing market. As first time home buyers, moving across the country with a newborn, she not only educated us on the unique situation of the market but listened to our individual needs and provided a balance that resulted in the purchase of a beautiful home with as little stress as possible. Even after losing a few offers, she drove the momentum so that we were never discouraged, which allowed us to get sharper and more focused, which in turn resulted in us eventually winning. It was clear that she cares about us and putting our family in a house that we love and that grows value for years to come. The energy she brought to the whole process was a game changer. Even after our offer was accepted (over several others), she never stopped fighting for us and helping with everything that goes into negotiating and preparing for homeownership. She has a genuine passion for real estate. She is savvy, connected, and caring. These qualities are extremely rare in the world today, and we are so fortunate to have worked with her for our first home purchase.

We used Allan to assist with leasing our home in Brookhaven, and we had a wonderful experience! He brought a sense of professionalism to the entire process and expertly answered any and all questions - both from ourselves and the potential renters. Kate McKenzie went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. While never "pushy" she remained highly dedicated to our needs throughout the entire process. She worked closely with us to ensure she understood all of our buyer criteria (it was a lengthy list). We were moving from out of state (during the pandemic I might add) so it was certainly a challenging time for our family to begin a house hunt with such a limited housing supply on the market. Kate worked quickly and diligently to show us a number of homes. Her knowledge of the Atlanta market (traffic, schools, neighborhoods) was invaluable as we were able to rule out many houses that otherwise appeared "picture perfect" online. Narrowing down our list, she was incredibly helpful in assisting us with property level due diligence to uncover any "hidden issues" such as easements, flood plains, etc that could have greatly impacted our big purchase decision years down the line. Through Kate's network, we ultimately found a home that had not even hit the market yet. Kate helped us negotiate a fair price and ensured a seamless closing process. We cannot recommend her enough!

I was actually out of town when negotiations and work were going on. Elizabeth was there to take care of a lot of things that otherwise would have been inconvenient for me, in addition to all the usual things that realtors do. So she really saved me a lot of time and gave me good advice.

Karina was a pleasure to work with in our process to buy a new home. She listened to our needs and tailored our search to find the right home. Her planning was excellent. The days we searched were efficient yet flexible as we explored the market. After we went under contract, she continued to be our local voice as we were in another state. She was proactive in helping all parties meet their commitment dates that got us to closing on time. If we have future needs, Karina will be our first call.

I would like to take the opportunity to commend Ms. Carrie Bazar on her outstanding services. Upon working with Carrie to start house hunting, she walked me through the home buying process and advised on what steps were necessary. She took the time to fully explain the process and was available morning/noon/night! What I’m most grateful for is her assistance in working with the seller, my lender and the title company. She made sure that things with the closing process continued to progress. The process was intense, but Carrie absolutely put me at ease and made herself available. I believe everything went so smoothly because of Carrie’s attention to detail and genuine care and concern for me finding somewhere I really love and a place I can call home.
