After 20 years in the same house and kids heading to college, it was time to go. We listed our house with Kate and she took the reins and told us exactly what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell. Kate is a straight-shooter, and she was very clear about what would be required in order to ensure a smooth sales process. She was professional, reassuring and best of all, was completely level-headed and funny. We all got along really well throughout the process and if Kate hadn’t been the person guiding the sale of our house, it’d likely still be for sale. During our closing, Kate was the only one in the room who had all of her ducks together and caught several glaring errors introduced by other parties. For our next step, we were buying a townhouse and fully intended to do so without an agent. It didn't take long for us to realize that there were many unanticipated issues and questions; we were in over our heads – Kate to the rescue! Again. I can’t say enough good things about her and am happy to now call her a good friend.

In 2011, while visiting a friend who had just purchased in the newly developed Ritz Carlton Residences, I had the good fortune of meeting Ashley Rearden. We had been thinking about purchasing a condo in Atlanta. Ashley, the developer’s agent, quickly matched our requirements with several options in the building. She was very knowledgable about all aspects of the development and made our buying experience very enjoyable. Not only were we blessed finding a wonderful home, but made a wonderful friend for life!

During a very stressful time where we felt under pressure to find a home quickly due to deadlines on the home we were selling, Jennifer was a calming, reassuring and helpful sherpa every step of the way. From her patience and candor as we looked at different properties to her setting us up with inspectors, contractors financing and closing vendors who all worked seamlessly together to move the process along...we look back and really can't believe how smooth the entire process was. Working with Blair was an outstanding experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, organized, responsive and excellent with communication. I needed assistance in coordinating some repairs and updates to my home prior to listing. Blair has a full array of professionals with whom she works, and she coordinated all of the evaluations and repairs by numerous high quality service providers (electrical, plumbing, tile, painting, stucco, roof, carpet, etc). Everything ran so smoothly under her oversight, and my home was ready to be listed within a few weeks. She advised on some style issues, including paint and backsplash, and made choices which really enhanced my home. She coordinated staging with a company which did a beautiful job and presented my home to show its full potential. Her photographer took lovely photos, and my listing was very nicely done. Her approach to pricing was thoughtful and informed, and her initial idea about price ended up being right on the mark. Blair was well-informed regarding COVID safety protocols and various contractual issues that arose during the sale process. She was meticulous to detail. Communication was very timely and clear. Blair went above and beyond in facilitating working through an issue that needed to be resolved to help the contract go through. She demonstrated calmness, clarity, perseverance and follow-through. She remained professional and unflappable throughout. She communicated very well with the buyers' agent, which really helped make the sale possible. This was the most pleasant experience I could have imagined throughout this process, given a variety of circumstances which made the listing and sale fairly challenging. Blair was consistently positive, constructive, proactive, decisive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Hilary was there through every step of the process ready to answer any and all questions we had and provided the best support through a very important and stressful process!!
