As our buying agent, Ashley always made time to set up appointments to show us homes we were interested in right away. She is extremely familiar with the metro Atlanta area and has an extensive list of contacts (selling realtors, contractors, competitive mortgage lenders, etc.). She always promptly replied to our text messages and was always available for a call. A true professional and loves what she does.

Dawn has been my realtor since 2011 when I moved from my family home of 25 years and downsized to a Buckhead townhouse. Two days prior to closing on the townhouse a title issue came up and Dawn immediately took charge and resolved the issue. Six years later I made the decision to leave Buckhead and move to Alpharetta. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Carly Wooten. The sale of our home came with a lot of mixed feelings ( My husbands job relocated us to another state) This was our first home together. Where we brought all 3 of children home from the hospital. So, there were so many wonderful memories tied up in this new adventure that lay ahead of us. (Not only that, but trying to sell a home with 3 kids under 5 at home, is not for the faint of heart ??).
