Allan helped us buy our first home back in 2018 in West Midtown and was very patient as it was a new build that was delayed over a year. He stayed on top of the sales agent/builder to help get a lot of our questions answered. In 2021, Allan was pivotal in locking down our first single-family home in Dunwoody in an insanely high-priced market. He speaks his honest opinion and does not sugarcoat anything which is necessary in the competitive real estate world. He pays attention to the details and has a good intuition for how we were feeling about each home we saw. He helped us pick our battles as far as what to negotiate and what to not negotiate. We worked with Austin to buy our home. From start to finish, he was great and always tried to respond as quickly as he could to any change or question along the way. He is extremely competent with the intricacies of real estate which became evident from our first meeting. When documents were required, he had them in our emails right away. We had a very difficult seller's agent and Austin worked tirelessly to reach her, even if she did not respond. He helped us switch lenders with ease, when our "big bank"lender dropped the ball. We knew and felt that Austin was fighting on our behalf the entire way. We could never have maneuvered through this process without him. He was a complete pleasure to work with.

She has a great network of companies to work with during the home buying process as well, which make it easier on the purchaser (inspector, home insurance, etc.) I purchased a new construction home, which often do not leave much "wiggle room" for negotiating, but Olivia made sure that I got the absolute best deal.
