Being first time home buyers, we were not sure what to expect when going through the process of buying a house, but Anna made it so easy for us. I had the pleasure of working with Carrie Bazar on the recent sale of my home. With an almost full price offer the day after listing, I thought the transaction was going to be a cake walk. After inspection, that mindset was quickly changed. As an out of state seller, I was panicked with the list of repairs that were going to be necessary to close on the home. Carrie went above and beyond her real estate "duties" She happily found and met several contractors to make repairs, she made call after call to source products, and when dealing with last minute changes, she was always flexible and proficient. What could have turned into a nightmare for most, Carrie stayed positive and ensured a smooth and on time closing, I couldn't ask for anything more.

Judy is a great Realtor. I went through my first home purchase with her and she helped greatly. We were trying to find the “perfect” home and she patiently showed us many we were interested in. To her it wasn’t just another sale/transaction she put legitimate effort into helping us find something we would like and could afford.

My husband and I were so excited to begin our home search in May 2020. As first time homebuyers, we were sick of renting and wanted a house we could settle into and finally start our family in. However, we quickly realized how competitive the market was and how few houses were actually coming available. After a handful of unaccepted offers on houses under a different agent, we heard from a family friend about Kim. They said she was a bulldog, knew how to compete with a dozen other potential buyers, and understood how to work with the seller’s agent to get an offer accepted. We reached out to her and she immediately began helping us find the type of house we were looking for. Kim advised us on how to put together the most competitive offer possible, and set us up with a capable lender to make sure we were underwritten and our financial due diligence was as short as possible. After we found out in January 2021 that we were expecting our first child, we knew the heat was on to find a house as soon as possible. Kim always made herself available to go to many showings with us, often on the same day as finding a listing, and we finally found our dream home after searching for a year. With Kim’s advice regarding the offer, her coordination with the seller’s agent, and her connection to our lender, we finally got our offer accepted, and we were happy with the terms. Kim made the closing process so easy and stress-free for us and went out of her way to facilitate everything with the sellers. We owe Kim a debt of gratitude for her dedication to us - she was available day and night, highly responsive, very encouraging, and extremely helpful. Our journey of finding the right home wasn’t easy but Kim made it all possible in the end.
