My husband and I were so excited to begin our home search in May 2020. As first time homebuyers, we were sick of renting and wanted a house we could settle into and finally start our family in. With Kim’s advice regarding the offer, her coordination with the seller’s agent, and her connection to our lender, we finally got our offer accepted, and we were happy with the terms. Kim made the closing process so easy and stress-free for us and went out of her way to facilitate everything with the sellers. We owe Kim a debt of gratitude for her dedication to us - she was available day and night, highly responsive, very encouraging, and extremely helpful. Our journey of finding the right home wasn’t easy but Kim made it all possible in the end.
