I cannot begin to cover the myriad ways in which Ashley made the process of listing and selling my parents' house the success that it was from start to finish. She talked with my father at length about realistic comp's and how the sale might proceed. She gave me valuable advice on prepping the house for sale and staging. When it came time to make select repairs, updates and small remodeling projects to maximize the house's value, Ashley put us in contact with several contractors who were professional, responsive, efficient and did great work. When it became apparent that housing values had begun to spike, Ashley made sure that our pricing reflected that trend and, yet, the house was still under contract within three days. She stayed in constant touch with us throughout the entire closing process and her communication from start to finish was everything that we could have hoped for. She was absolutely professional and ethical. We highly recommend Ashley as either a buyers' or sellers' agent.

Anna went above and beyond to make sure we were heard - I truly felt like I had someone in my corner, who cared about our dreams and was always there to listen and offer professional and personal advice. Everything from beginning to end was taken care of and thought through - it's such a gift to have someone you can trust, especially when buying your first home! Kara was so amazing to work with when buying out home. We originally told her we just wanted to be ready should the right house find us, but we were in no rush to buy. She made sure that we were set up with the right lenders & pre-approved, so that we could move fast when we were ready. The second home we saw was on the market for one day, we tried to get in for a showing but they were full. About an hour later, Kara let us know the sellers extended showings for a half day and there was one spot open. I truly believe Kara may have talked them into extending showings but I don't know. We saw the home at 10am with Kara's assistant Lidija, at around 10:30 we said let's put in an offer and Kara had to write up our offer by noon. Kara got everything in on time, talked to us on the phone about 100 times that day to make sure we knew what was happening, and by 6 our offer was accepted. Kara helped us through inspections. She was at the walk through & of course, the closing to make sure we understood everything again. Without Kara getting everything ready to go for us on the front end and being so realistic and honest with us about what offers would be considered in the crazy early 2022 market, we would have never gotten our house. She was responsive, had great knowledge of the area and the market, and she made sure we beat 13 offers to get our dream home. Cannot recommend Kara enough!
