Being first time home buyers, we were not sure what to expect when going through the process of buying a house, but Anna made it so easy for us. She was so thoughtful in the houses she showed us, keeping them in our budget and found us places that met the criteria we wanted but also that we could see ourselves living in. Through the whole process Anna was right beside us answering any questions we had and going the extra mile to be out every appointment for our house and keeping us in the loop! She sent us updates on what to expect next as the process moved further on. I really could not imagine buying a house without Anna, her experience and kindness made this big step in our lives seem so easy and flawless. Kathy was incredible in helping us to buy our home! As a first time home-buyer, she did a great job of helping to inform us of the home buying process while not overwhelming us with information. Kathy did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process and continually bringing new homes to our attention as they were listed. When we found a house that we were interested in, Kathy made sure that we fully knew what we were buying. For the house that we ended up buying, our sellers used some atypical negotiation strategies and Kathy helped us navigate that process smoothly. We plan to work with Kathy again in the future when we move again one day!

Austin was a dream to work with. He was not pushy and didn't make us feel rushed at any point during the looking, negotiation or closing process. He was knowledgeable about the area and was able to provide great insight into what was a good deal and if a house was even worth looking at. Austin went above and beyond in the negotiation process. He was on top of every detail and made sure we understood what we were asking for from the sellers. He knew when to push and when accept a counter-offer and that was a huge help for us, especially as first-time home buyers. I've known Betty for 18 years and she has helped me buy and sell five houses. Some of these transactions have surely been Betty's most challenging. Y’all need to know that Jennie Wilson is the best realtor in ATL. I’m biased because we’re friends but also look at the facts; 1. Got our house over asking and under contract within 12 HOURS of listing 2. Pulled together dozens of homes for us to look at given our preferences working nights and weekends. 3. Negotiated a fantastic price on our (hopeful) NEW home. All this being done within days...not weeks or months! You need to get out there and lock in Jennie if you’re buying/selling. You will not regret it. Deciding to sell you first home and buy a new one is a very stressful process but when you have someone who focuses on the needs of their clients and not just a price point it makes the experience amazing.
