I would absolutely recommend Carly to anyone looking for a realtor in the Atlanta area. Our experience was impeccable from start to finish. Our experience was a bit unique in that we were moving from out of state and unable to see properties in person. Carly went out of her way to see properties for us and FaceTime us during the showings so we could see the houses. After choosing our future home Carly’s negotiating skills were second to none. If you have a house you want she will do everything in her power to make sure you get that house. In a very difficult buyers market we were able to get the house of our dreams over 15 other offers. We would later find out at closing this was largely thanks to Carly’s recommendation to “add a 3” end of our offer. We were also able to negotiate some additional terms during due diligence to get some concessions from the seller. Carly was absolutely fantastic and even gave us some renovation ideas after we bought the home. She will be the first realtor we contact next time we are looking to find a home.

We have worked with Jill buying two properties and selling one. From the beginning Jill has always been honest, realistic, and friendly. Jill is very knowledgeable about her profession and keeps up with the trends. We felt very comfortable putting our trust in her from the very beginning. Jill also brings a personal touch to her profession because she listens to what her clients want and makes sure that we don’t waste our time looking at properties that doesn’t have our “dream list”. We would send a Zillow and she would dig into the properties and follow up with us on what we liked and when we asked her opinion, she was honest and transparent. This helped us save time with looking at properties. I would trust Jill with any home I sold or bought. So much, I recommended her to my best friend at work to help her find her first home. My friend was looking for someone who was knowledgeable who could help her understand the process since she didn’t know much about buying. I told her Jill was the perfect person to walk her through her first home. Her ability to explain things clearly, put the clients needs first, advocate for them in offers, always be reachable, and the way she hustled to make sure you were competitive were why I recommended her to my friend!

Elizabeth is the best in the biz. As a first time homebuyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience (even as we navigated quarantine challenges.) Elizabeth is knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful. Most importantly, though, she's incredibly patient. She doesn't rush you through any tour, she points out details where she feels necessary (which is ALWAYS right on,) and she never ever makes you feel like a burden. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and I recommend her to everyone I know looking for a home.

Britton McCloud is an excellent realtor. We give her an A++. She has excellent listening skills and is very thorough and detail oriented. She is knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of the real estate business. She has a great personality and is very likable. We currently live in New York state. Not only did she show us homes in Sandy Springs, Buckhead, and Brookhaven, but she also researched doctors for us who were taking new patients, set us up with a good cleaning lady, gave us names and contact information for an electrician and suggested places to purchase carpeting. Since we were not able to go to Atlanta for the closing Britton face timed us an hour before closing walking us through our new town home so we could see that everything was left in good condition.
