Upon working with Carrie to start house hunting, she walked me through the home buying process and advised on what steps were necessary. Jennie Wilson did a wonderful job as the agent for buying our current home and selling our old one. She made herself available at all times to meet contractors, inspectors and the like. This really helped the process and made it easy on us. Jennie did a lot of work and got great results for both contracts. Our house was sold in a matter of days.

As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect from this process. I was nervous and definitely overwhelmed starting out. I was unsure what exactly I wanted or where to begin. When I was introduced to Austin, he made everything clear and straightforward, helped me look at many different types of condos, townhouses, and neighborhoods, and walked me through the process, answering all my questions along the way. He was so knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, prices, and condition of the properties that we visited. I felt like I could truly trust his opinion with just about everything even though I had just met him! He really figured out what I liked and disliked from the start, and was able to quickly judge whether a place would fit my preferences or not. He made my home buying experience enjoyable and exciting, getting pumped up for every property tour, sending quick texts to remind me of upcoming plans or to check in on what I was thinking about a place, and of course sending GIFs (he is the ultimate GIF king) to lighten up every situation. He was always accessible and there when I needed anything. I could go on and on. I will definitely work with Austin in the future any chance I get, and recommend him to anyone in the market!

From the get-go Liz portrayed a professionalism and friendliness that made us feel wonderfully confident. In our first meeting, she explained the whole process, soup to nuts, and created excitement as well set realistic expectations. She spoke to our fears and answered questions we didn't even know we had. When it came time to look at homes, she was never pushy or annoyed with the 40+ homes we visited (and rejected.) She fought hard and tirelessly when we put in our offers and moved quickly when there were updates or changes to our strategy. She struck that highly sought after balance of easy to work with and your champion at the negotiating table.

We have used Allan twice: once to find our current home in Snellville and most recently to sell the rental property we had in East Atlanta.
