Carly is a true professional. We were working with a builder on a new construction home, which can create some anxiety. Carly navigated the process extremely well on our behalf and we could not be more impressed with her professionalism. Cary recently worked with us to sell our Atlanta Peachtree Hills condo. His knowledge of the Atlanta market proved to be extremely valuable and he suggested a sales price that proved to be spot on. Cary took the extra time with us to walk through the unit and suggest little improvements that increased the appeal to buyers. He also suggested a contractor that completed these improvements in short order. Cary’s attention to detail also insured the marketing photos presented the property in the best light making it even more appealing to potential buyers. Throughout the sales process Cary was immediately available to answer any questions we had and provided sound advice during the negotiation process. We'd give Allan 7 stars out of 5 if we could - read this and you'll see WHY. We looked at some houses early this year (I know, "pandemic market"...) and suffice it to say that we were less than impressed with the inventory out there. We wanted to buy in an extremely specific neighborhood, and there was just... NOTHING. We were getting desperate - our current house was way too small for two toddlers running around + WFH, and we needed OUT. FAST. It got to the point that we were days away from renting a new house, just to get out of the old one! ...Until Allan gave us a call. He had called up another agent who he'd done a few deals with in the past, and was able to get us in to see an off-market property within the next 48 hours. "I think it ticks all the boxes you're looking for," he said. He was absolutely right. We jumped on it, same-day full-ask offer, and were under contract by the following Monday. It was a very complex transaction with lots of moving parts due to ongoing renovation, but Allan and his team were ALWAYS there every single step of the way, and went SO far beyond the scope of "What an amazing agent does" that I don't know how we'd ever have gotten the deal done without him. Two things the Seller told us at closing that I will never forget, that say everything you need to know about Allan: #1 - "I am really glad that Allan **twisted our arm** to get you guys in to view the house, because we actually were not planning on putting it on the market for months!" I asked the Seller what he meant, and he said: "Oh yes, Allan pushed REALLY hard to get you guys in to see it..." ...followed immediately by my #2 quote-of-the-century: "...and you should be glad that Allan pushed," the Seller said, "because a couple of days after we went under contract, I got an all-cash offer AT $200K ABOVE the price we contracted for. YOU ARE WALKING INTO $200K IN FREE EQUITY" ...so basically what I'm saying is, you should probably stop reading reviews and just reach out to Allan.
