Katherine was a fantastic advocate, who became a good friend through our initial purchase journey. She stuck with us for nearly a year while we searched for the perfect home. Eventually, because of her close relationships and knowledge of the neighborhood, she was able to find a perfect match for us that wasn't even on the market. Ten years later, when we had to leave Georgia, we brought her back in to help us sell our dream home. She bent over backwards to work with our hectic work schedules, even taking care of our dog for us while prospective buyers toured the home. Carly helped two of my friends buy their homes and she came highly recommended to me. She was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. She was also very honest and became a trusted advisor for me and my (now) fiance. Between us, she sold both our places and helped us buy our first house together. The selling of my condo had many bumps and took a lot longer than planned due to some HOA issues outside our control.
