I have a lot of friends who are realtors so when it came time to sell my house I knew it would be a tough decision. I selected Allan because of the experience he brought to the table but also because he had a very defined process that he walked me through. Every step of the way he kept me informed and managed my expectations. My house ended up selling within a month during a time that the market had slowed a bit and other homes were not selling in my neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Allan if you are in the market to sell or buy a house.

Lindsay showed me houses FOR 5 years before I could commit, so much patience. She can tell you what kind of grass every house in the greater atlanta area is growing in their backyard.
