Maggie is a gem! We absolutely loved working with her. From start to finish Maggie was a total pro. It was really helpful having her show us around the different neighborhoods, point out restaurants and parks and schools and really give us a feel for what life in these different communities would be like. As out of state buyers, Maggie viewed every single house we were interested in and Facetimed us, carefully touring each house with us virtually. For the house that we ended up buying, our sellers used some atypical negotiation strategies and Kathy helped us navigate that process smoothly. Scott was very professional throughout the entire process. We moved across the country and wanted to make sure we could trust our Realtor to take care of all the incidentals since we would not be there. He went above and beyond in many cases, such as checking on out thermostat settings after our inspection and taking pictures of our blooming garden. We were not able to attend the closing.
