We are so happy that a friend referred Britton to us to sell our house! It could not have gone any better! Elizabeth helped my boyfriend and I purchase our home in the Grant Park area! She was so helpful throughout the entire process, and extremely knowledgeable about every area we looked in. We vacillated between which part of Atlanta we wanted to live in, and she was very accommodating- showing us many houses in each area. We put in several offers before finally landing a house (our fault, not hers), and she was so patient with us and always there to guide us in the right direction! If I had to buy a home again tomorrow, I would call Kim Crahan lightning fast! My family had to movie quickly, so I gave Kim my husband's office location and told her I needed a home close and zoned for the best schools possible. Before even visiting, she was linking me with multiple homes that fit our criteria. We find our new home on our first house hunting day! She's a great negotiator and we wanted to close quickly: she made it happen. (I should mention in the past, realtors have pushed me and my husband to homes above our price range I'm sure to pad their commissions.
