Jill is the bestt! No doubt about it. She will always be our first call for our real estate needs. It seems like she has sold half of the homes in our neighborhood, many of them several times, and she knows the market as well or better than anyone. We are 100% certain that the advice she gave us in preparing the house for sale more than covered her fee. I am sure there were times when she felt like letting our call roll to voicemail, but she was there day, night, weekends, whenever. Jill managed the buyers and their brokers very smoothly even though it can't be easy. The closing was smooth, as everything was prepared well ahead of time.
