My wife and I were looking for an investment property but did not know the Atlanta area at all. When we asked a friend for a realtor recommendation they passed along Kim's contact information. Right from the beginning, Kim took the time to listen to us and find out what our needs were. She helped us understand the area, suggested different opportunities for us, and explained the benefits and downsides of each property we were interested in. As we are not local to the area, Kim spent the time to view a number of different properties for us and send us photos and videos, pointing out things that she liked and things she didn't about the different properties. Kim ended up finding us two properties for a great deal, and even showed the property to a potential tenant for us.
