We worked with Austin to buy our home. From start to finish, he was great and always tried to respond as quickly as he could to any change or question along the way. He is extremely competent with the intricacies of real estate which became evident from our first meeting. When documents were required, he had them in our emails right away. We had a very difficult seller's agent and Austin worked tirelessly to reach her, even if she did not respond. He helped us switch lenders with ease, when our "big bank"lender dropped the ball.
