We worked with Austin to buy our home. From start to finish, he was great and always tried to respond as quickly as he could to any change or question along the way. He is extremely competent with the intricacies of real estate which became evident from our first meeting. When documents were required, he had them in our emails right away. We had a very difficult seller's agent and Austin worked tirelessly to reach her, even if she did not respond. He helped us switch lenders with ease, when our "big bank"lender dropped the ball. We knew and felt that Austin was fighting on our behalf the entire way. We could never have maneuvered through this process without him. He was a complete pleasure to work with.

She closely guided us through the home buying process, which we needed since it was our first home purchase as a newly married couple. As first time home buyers, my wife and I can't recommend Austin Landers highly enough. We had very limited time for our house hunt, and Austin could not have been more responsive throughout the entire process through email, phone calls, and texts. His humor and relaxed persona lessened our anxiety during what could have been an incredibly stressful process.
