I didn't think buying a home could be this easy, but with a superhero like Olivia as your realtor, it can be. From working together previously, I was familiar with Olivia's incredible work ethic and professionalism, but she still managed to exceed expectations. Her expertise and connections were invaluable as she helped two, new homebuyers navigate the unfamiliar waters of home buying. Olivia's knowledge combined with constant communication made it so that my wife and I never had to worry. I purchased a condo in Vinings/Smyrna in 2009 that Allan was selling. The negotiation went well, and I got a good deal on it. Several months later I asked Allan to be my Realtor, and help me find a single-family home. Allan worked very hard for me showing me homes in my price range, and homes that had what I wanted. My search was pretty spread out over Atlanta, and Allan is very knowledgeable of the entire Atlanta market which helped my decision on which county, school district, etc. I was impressed with his timeliness, responsiveness, and willingness to listen to me. In addition to the homes he found for me, I also sent him a number of homes that I had found that he was willing and able to get me in for a showing. When I met Allan at the house I ended up purchasing, he had a smile on his face. I asked him why and he said, "I think this house has everything you have been looking for!" He was right. I knew right away that this was "my" house. He helped me to close quickly and even got me a lower price than my original offer price.I highly recommend Allan. I have already referred a couple of friends to him, and I know he found a house for friends of mine moving here to Atlanta. He is by far the best Realtor I have worked with.

I moved from Atlanta to the west coast at a time when it didn’t make sense to sell my house, so had been renting my property long distance. When it finally came time to sell I was faced with putting it back on the market and hoping for a sale all while living 3000 miles away. Cary was an absolute godsend in helping me prep the house, working with contractors and getting it listed all on my behalf. He was able to recommend contractors and service people to do the work; something that would’ve been hugely difficult for me to do long distance. His sales and marketing savvy and knowledge of the Atlanta market allowed us to price the home aggressively but fairly and maximized the value I received at closing. I wholeheartedly recommend Cary to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.

Carly did an amazing job selling our morningside home. We spoke with a few agents that all had different strategies. We trusted Carly’s opinion on how to price and position our home. We received multiple offers that drove the price far higher than what we thought we would get (which was her strategy!). Just as importantly, she took our family situation into account. We have two kids. 6 & 4, and she made sure to structure showing times as well as house prep keeping in mind our need for a normal family life.
