From my first meeting with Kim I found her to be completely professional and honest, but with a genuinely caring and friendly attitude. Without even seeing my condo she had done a preliminary report on the comps in my complex and condos nearby. Once she saw the condo - already decorated beautifully - she gave me easy tips on making it show ready. We were so ready when the listing went public, she had a contract for me at my asking price within two days. She kept me informed throughout every step in the process and her beautiful smile encouraged me through the difficulties of leaving my home to a new owner. There are a lot of good real estate agents out there, but Anna is truly exceptional. We knew we’d be writing a rave review of her long before she finished ushering through the sale of our condo and the purchase of our house. Anna didn’t just show us houses and walk us through the steps of the buying and selling process. She went above and beyond at every opportunity to make it easier and less stressful on us. For every obstacle thrown in our way, Anna immediately presented strategic, practical, and cost-saving solutions. She buckled down on a Saturday night to write the offer that beat out other competing buyers. She helped us switch mortgage originators to meet a tight closing deadline. She organized contractors for needed repairs (and negotiated with a tile company when they got our order wrong!). And she networked within our condo building to find a buyer from within the building who bought our unit before it hit the market. Speaking of networking, she always seemed to know someone that was perfect for whatever we needed (including inspectors, contractors, photographers, lawyers, and interior designers). Anna works really hard and always made us feel like we were her #1 priority. I hope we’re in our forever home now, but if we ever move again, Anna will be our first call! She will work hard for to find you a home. A person who is on your side from the beginning until the end, very honest about the situation that faces you when it comes to home buying. Loved working with her. She was able to find me a condo in less than a months time.

Lee Ann Wynns did a great job for us in the sale of our condo. She provided a very informative market analysis, and gave valuable advice on remodeling decisions. We provided her an extra challenge in that there were 5 owners to deal with, 4 of them out of state. She was very easy to work with, did a great job keeping all of us in the communication loop, and managed all the complications (power of attorney etc) smoothly. I would highly recommend her.
