Scott was very professional throughout the entire process. We moved across the country and wanted to make sure we could trust our Realtor to take care of all the incidentals since we would not be there. He went above and beyond in many cases, such as checking on out thermostat settings after our inspection and taking pictures of our blooming garden. We were not able to attend the closing. Kate is a real estate expert, there was not a question we asked that she did not know! On top of being knowledgeable, she was friendly and engaging which made the home buying process enjoyable instead of the hellscape I thought it was going to be. My favorite part of working with Kate is that she wasn't a saleswoman, she was an advocate. She did not try to be slick and pressure us into anything, for example we did not want to get a survey done and she explained to me both sides of the issue, and let us make our own decision. Maria is the kindest person and was extremely helpful in finding a new home for my partner and I to rent. There was another person looking at the same place we were and she really fought for us. She found a buyer, negotiated a fair price...and then the work began. Kim was able to guide both parties through the inspections and negotiate an agreement that kept both parties at the table. She gave us a realistic idea of how much work we needed to do to get the house ready to sell, then arranged all the contractors to get the work done. It worked and the house was under contract 4 days after we listed it. Need a plumber to fix a leak right now? Kim's got a guy. Need a some drywall repaired or a painter? Kim knows a guy that will give you a quote today. Buyers are thinking about putting on an addition? Kim knew the zoning laws and what would need a variance from the City.
