When I first met him, I had talked to several other real estate agents who wouldn’t answer my questions without requiring me to sign a buyer’s representation agreement first – I didn’t object to protecting an agent who represented me; I just wasn’t sure I was ready to take the plunge as a buyer. Beth provided real solutions, which included a market analysis that was spot on, in terms of how we should price our home (and was later validated via an appraisal), she presented an exceptional marketing campaign that differentiated her from other agents we were interviewing, she provided honest feedback regarding best practices for optimal staging opportunities and most important, she provided guidance and empathy for navigating all of this in the midst of a global pandemic. With all the pieces of the puzzle in place and within 24-48 hours of listing our home, we received five offers and we finalized the closing/sale within 35 days. I’ve bought and sold many houses in my lifetime. Jill Slone is one of the best agents I’ve ever worked with. I bought my last house from her and then used her to sell it 8 years later. Jill is honest and fair and very hardworking. She also knows her stuff. Our home was listed while my husband was working out of state and Jill became a huge support for me and my three young boys.
