I can not put into words how amazing Kim Junod is as a real estate agent. I have always heard from friends that buying a house was the most stressful experience they have ever had. That was not my experience at all. As a new home buyer, I had a lot of concerns but Kim was very patient with me and explained the entire process. She actually made it fun! Kim is very knowledgeable and is a great interior decorator. She also just renovated her own house so she was a great asset when looking at properties that needed work. We could not be happier with our experiences with Maggie. She has helped us with three transactions to date, buying, selling and buying. Simply, she knows what she’s doing and her network is extensive in the city. A few years ago she helped us buy our first home and after adding a bathroom and closet addition per her suggestion we were very happy with the results and added value.
