Jill went far beyond the call of duty of a realtor. She assisted us in finding electricians, plumbers, carpenters and painters and took care of coordinating details that would not have been possible for us to attempt long distance. She gave us amazingly wise counsel from beginning to end, always keeping her cool even when our sale took the inevitable twists and turns. Cary is a very knowledgeable and passionate real estate professional who takes the initiative to listen and understand his clients’ needs. He is also the most dedicated and hard working realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. While many realtors will fade off once a contract is signed, Cary stays on top of every detail and makes sure his clients' interests are protected all the way through closing. In our specific case, Cary was presented with the challenge of finding two investment properties in Atlanta. Not only is it hard to find condos free of rental restrictions, the properties needed to generate an attractive ROI based on potential rental income and purchase price. Cary was able to use his in-depth knowledge of the Atlanta condo market, specific neighborhood trends, and his network connections to quickly find properties that would fit the bill, some of which were not yet on the market. Best of all, with his ‘get things done’ attitude, we were able to close on two properties simultaneously in 10 days from signing the contract while we were remote in New York City. My house in Brookhaven sold in a matter of days on the market. I met Elizabeth a couple years ago and tapped her brain as to what I would need to do to sell my house when the time came. Her thoughts and suggestions were very helpful. Once we decided to sell, we had a pretty tight time frame and were a little panicked. Elizabeth was great in telling what we needed to do (not too much and not too little) in order to position our house effectively. She linked me up with excellent and cost effective vendors. We moved out of town before the house went on the market. Elizabeth was my "boots on the ground", coordinating painters, yard men, stagers, etc. She even stopped by to water the flowers. Once the house was ready to go, up went the listing, the "for sale" sign, open house and...sold! All along the way Elizabeth was professional, calm, friendly and knowledgeable. She talked me off the ledge a few times. I am glad we had her as a partner.
