Having moved to Atlanta from the Northeast, we knew little of metro Atlanta and suburban neighborhoods. We were so incredibly fortunate to find Caroline Masucci when we did! Caroline spent time with us, before we aggressively began our search, to be a native guide and educate us on all things Atlanta. This guidance helped us narrow our search and identified the right location. Caroline worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect house in the perfect location. Even with all the time she spent getting to know us, our needs, and guiding us to the right house, Caroline did not stop there. We were most impressed with Caroline's ability to negotiate a fair deal, support us through the inspection process, and saw to it that all closed without any hiccups. She always went over and above what most realtors would do for a client. Since we had already moved out of town and our house was still under construction, it wasn’t the typical selling scenario. Not only was she our eyes and ears on the ground through the building process, she arranged for our completed home to host a catalog shoot. Because of her contacts, we were able to off set our mortgage payments for a few months! Britton did a great job negotiating for us once we got a contract and made it as seemless as possible through the inspection process. And most importantly she really cares about her clients. After 20 years in the same house and kids heading to college, it was time to go. We listed our house with Kate and she took the reins and told us exactly what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell. Kate is a straight-shooter, and she was very clear about what would be required in order to ensure a smooth sales process. She was professional, reassuring and best of all, was completely level-headed and funny. We all got along really well throughout the process and if Kate hadn’t been the person guiding the sale of our house, it’d likely still be for sale. During our closing, Kate was the only one in the room who had all of her ducks together and caught several glaring errors introduced by other parties. For our next step, we were buying a townhouse and fully intended to do so without an agent. It didn't take long for us to realize that there were many unanticipated issues and questions; we were in over our heads – Kate to the rescue! Again. I can’t say enough good things about her and am happy to now call her a good friend.

As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect from this process. I was nervous and definitely overwhelmed starting out. I was unsure what exactly I wanted or where to begin. When I was introduced to Austin, he made everything clear and straightforward, helped me look at many different types of condos, townhouses, and neighborhoods, and walked me through the process, answering all my questions along the way. He was so knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, prices, and condition of the properties that we visited. I felt like I could truly trust his opinion with just about everything even though I had just met him! He really figured out what I liked and disliked from the start, and was able to quickly judge whether a place would fit my preferences or not. He made my home buying experience enjoyable and exciting, getting pumped up for every property tour, sending quick texts to remind me of upcoming plans or to check in on what I was thinking about a place, and of course sending GIFs (he is the ultimate GIF king) to lighten up every situation.
