Kara was so amazing to work with when buying out home. We originally told her we just wanted to be ready should the right house find us, but we were in no rush to buy. She made sure that we were set up with the right lenders & pre-approved, so that we could move fast when we were ready. The second home we saw was on the market for one day, we tried to get in for a showing but they were full. About an hour later, Kara let us know the sellers extended showings for a half day and there was one spot open. I truly believe Kara may have talked them into extending showings but I don't know. We saw the home at 10am with Kara's assistant Lidija, at around 10:30 we said let's put in an offer and Kara had to write up our offer by noon. Kara got everything in on time, talked to us on the phone about 100 times that day to make sure we knew what was happening, and by 6 our offer was accepted. Kara helped us through inspections. She was at the walk through & of course, the closing to make sure we understood everything again. Without Kara getting everything ready to go for us on the front end and being so realistic and honest with us about what offers would be considered in the crazy early 2022 market, we would have never gotten our house. She was responsive, had great knowledge of the area and the market, and she made sure we beat 13 offers to get our dream home. Cannot recommend Kara enough!

Ashley was amazing from start to sold. She told us months before we were ready to sell how to get our house ready to sell. She guided us on what we should/shouldn’t upgrade for our price point and she was a wealth of knowledge. The listing and selling process were seamless. She negotiated, knew the best buyer for our house and we were under contract in less than 24 hours for $10,000 over asking price! We had over 8 offers in less than 6 hours! Ashley’s expertise and guidance made selling our house seamless! We can’t recommend her enough!

My experience with Julia was nothing short of the most perfect situation that I could have ever imagined as a first time home buyer. Julia was referred to me through mutual friends and I could not have asked for a better agent to help me find my first condo. Julia was incredibly responsive (so responsive that she was sending me potential condos while on vacation in Hawaii), extremely knowledgeable about the area and most importantly an absolute pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a home in the Atlanta area then Julia is the person to call. She found me the condo of my dreams and she was also able to immediately get me in touch with a loan provider (who was also extremely responsive and on the ball) as well as put me in touch with all the other service providers that I would need upon buying my condo. She was also very skilled when it came to negotiating with the seller to get exactly what I needed out of the seller in order to purchase the condo. Julia was a great agent and I would recommend her 10/10 and plan on using her in the future!

I first spoke to Allen about the intricacies of a short sale. Allen listened carefully and suggested before I considered a short sale, I should attempt to market the property for sale at the correct price point. Allen is very knowledgeable about putting together a listing which will appeal to an audience interested in a specific price point. Allen helped me price the property correctly. After the first offer fell thru because of financing issues, Allen was adroit enough to go to a Plan B quickly. His negotiating skills were firm but not inflexible. Allen had to stay on top of the second offer inasmuch as the purchaser was out of the country and unable to have all papers signed and notarized properly. Allen communicated via email and encouraged the buyer to work with all deliberate haste to get to the American Embassy in London where the paperwork could be signed and notarized. His emails to the prospective buyer were firm but not coercive. Meanwhile, Allen had another buyer in the wings and patiently explained to me the ins and outs of the third buyer. Allen's attention to detail was superb and his communicating skills, written and verbal, most impressive I highly recommend Allen Minter and am most grateful I had the opportunity to work with him.
