I cannot begin to cover the myriad ways in which Ashley made the process of listing and selling my parents' house the success that it was from start to finish. She talked with my father at length about realistic comp's and how the sale might proceed. She gave me valuable advice on prepping the house for sale and staging. When it came time to make select repairs, updates and small remodeling projects to maximize the house's value, Ashley put us in contact with several contractors who were professional, responsive, efficient and did great work.
