My wife and I selected Blair to sell our rental home in Atlanta, GA and we could not be happier with our decision to list with her company. Since my wife and I currently live in Texas, Blair scheduled the showings directly with our 2 sets of tenants who were still occupying the property, and would send them reminders to ensure that the property was cleaned and set for a good showing that day. Blair would provide us the buyers feedback after each showing and stayed in constant communication with us during the entire process. When we were having minor repairs done on the property, she would go as far as to meet contractors at the house and ensure everything was taken care of. After receiving multiple offers on the home she help guide us as to which offer had the best chance of closing, and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the contract terms.
