Rachael is such a gem! She actively listened to what we were looking for, and what we did and did not like about each house. In the end, she found us the perfect house in what felt like no time at all! Her expertise and professionalism during the process made what is usually a very stressful ordeal very smooth. During our closing, we ran into a few timing-related issues and Rachael was constantly on the phone getting everyone on the same page so we could close. We could not have asked for a better Real Estate Agent!!

Once my house went on the market, we had a few frustrating situations occur that were completely outside of our control and while it was very stressful, I had peace of mind knowing that Blair was on top of it. Blair reinforced this peace of mind because she was always proactive with her communication. During the process, she was having to deliver unpleasant news due to poor communication on the side of other stakeholders. In addition to her proactive communication with me, she came prepared with possible solutions and proactive next steps. In fact, my friend was recently buying a house on the west coast and was not having a positive experience. She asked me multiple times if Blair could be her realtor because she was so impressed (and jealous) with my experience!

We had the best experience with Kim representing us as our agent in selling our home. She sold our home for 98%of our asking price AND we closed in less than one month. She brought us a wealth of information about our property, the neighborhood and the market in general at our first meeting. We felt we were well prepared especially with her marketing plan. I have never had anyone work as hard for me as Kim did. She is a consummate professional. I highly recommend her.
