When my wife and I met with Beth to discuss selling our home, she laid out a plan to address each of our four main concerns: pricing our home, presentation/staging our home, marketing our home and safely navigating in a pandemic. Beth provided real solutions, which included a market analysis that was spot on, in terms of how we should price our home (and was later validated via an appraisal), she presented an exceptional marketing campaign that differentiated her from other agents we were interviewing, she provided honest feedback regarding best practices for optimal staging opportunities and most important, she provided guidance and empathy for navigating all of this in the midst of a global pandemic.
