Working with Blair was an outstanding experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, organized, responsive and excellent with communication. I needed assistance in coordinating some repairs and updates to my home prior to listing. Blair has a full array of professionals with whom she works, and she coordinated all of the evaluations and repairs by numerous high quality service providers (electrical, plumbing, tile, painting, stucco, roof, carpet, etc). Everything ran so smoothly under her oversight, and my home was ready to be listed within a few weeks. She advised on some style issues, including paint and backsplash, and made choices which really enhanced my home. She coordinated staging with a company which did a beautiful job and presented my home to show its full potential. Her photographer took lovely photos, and my listing was very nicely done. Her approach to pricing was thoughtful and informed, and her initial idea about price ended up being right on the mark. Blair was well-informed regarding COVID safety protocols and various contractual issues that arose during the sale process. She was meticulous to detail. Communication was very timely and clear. Blair went above and beyond in facilitating working through an issue that needed to be resolved to help the contract go through. She demonstrated calmness, clarity, perseverance and follow-through. She remained professional and unflappable throughout. She communicated very well with the buyers' agent, which really helped make the sale possible. This was the most pleasant experience I could have imagined throughout this process, given a variety of circumstances which made the listing and sale fairly challenging. Blair was consistently positive, constructive, proactive, decisive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

My wife and I were looking for an investment property but did not know the Atlanta area at all. When we asked a friend for a realtor recommendation they passed along Kim's contact information. Right from the beginning, Kim took the time to listen to us and find out what our needs were. She helped us understand the area, suggested different opportunities for us, and explained the benefits and downsides of each property we were interested in. As we are not local to the area, Kim spent the time to view a number of different properties for us and send us photos and videos, pointing out things that she liked and things she didn't about the different properties. Kim ended up finding us two properties for a great deal, and even showed the property to a potential tenant for us. Everything Kim did was professional and above and beyond what we expected from an agent. We were thrilled to work with Kim, and hope to work with her again in the future.

This was my first home purchase, and Austin truly made the process seamless. He was extremely knowledgeable about the market and the surrounding Atlanta areas, and I trusted that he would help me find a home in a nice, safe area. Austin was extremely patient with the many “first time buyer” questions that I had along the process. He was very aware of my “must haves” and was able to maximize our search days by finding houses that aligned with my asks and price range. I will also add that Austin was very accommodating and available to check places ad hoc. Likewise, he was very responsive and I never felt like I was anything but his first priority. He goes above and beyond on everything which is really refreshing to see in a real estate agent. I will add that I was one of 7 offers on my house. I believe one of the reasons the seller chose my offer was due to Austin’s attention to detail. He prepared my offer according to their requests and requirements (the first time)- which the sellers later indicated wasn’t the case with the other agents. Ultimately the seller saw that this would be a quick and easy process working with us. Lastly, I was also impressed with the connections that he’s established. Austin was connected with many reputable companies- from lenders to flooring companies and locksmiths. Many of which I used during my purchasing process. This made it really seamless for me. Overall, Austin was fabulous (and a lot of FUN) to work with, yet meticulous and professional throughout the process. He keeps the process FUN!
