After trying desperately (and failing miserably) to try and find a place for my husband and I on our own - we contacted Carly to help with our search. She jumped in two feet first and within a day or so had dozens of options for us to look through, all easily organized by neighborhood. She listened to our wants/needs/must haves and she was able to line up several of fantastic places for us to look at. She handled every bit of the process (from gate codes to coordinating with realtors) and made it SO easy for us to find our perfect place! My experience with Julia was nothing short of the most perfect situation that I could have ever imagined as a first time home buyer. Julia was referred to me through mutual friends and I could not have asked for a better agent to help me find my first condo. Julia was incredibly responsive (so responsive that she was sending me potential condos while on vacation in Hawaii), extremely knowledgeable about the area and most importantly an absolute pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a home in the Atlanta area then Julia is the person to call. She found me the condo of my dreams and she was also able to immediately get me in touch with a loan provider (who was also extremely responsive and on the ball) as well as put me in touch with all the other service providers that I would need upon buying my condo. She was also very skilled when it came to negotiating with the seller to get exactly what I needed out of the seller in order to purchase the condo. Julia was a great agent and I would recommend her 10/10 and plan on using her in the future!

Cary helped us purchase an investment townhouse. Even though we have known Cary personally for a long time, this was our first experience working with him. Cary is a professional realtor, who goes out of his way to explain to his clients and he is also very patient and caring. He is always punctual to meet his clients.
