Her knowledge of the Atlanta market (traffic, schools, neighborhoods) was invaluable as we were able to rule out many houses that otherwise appeared "picture perfect" online. Narrowing down our list, she was incredibly helpful in assisting us with property level due diligence to uncover any "hidden issues" such as easements, flood plains, etc that could have greatly impacted our big purchase decision years down the line. Through Kate's network, we ultimately found a home that had not even hit the market yet. Kate helped us negotiate a fair price and ensured a seamless closing process. We cannot recommend her enough!

My wife, Danielle, and I recently had the privilege of working with Betty Ereckson, who helped us find and purchase our retirement home in the lovely Astoria high rise condominium community. Indeed, Betty was so consistent in her communication with us that I recently called just to let her know that I missed hearing her voice. She will work hard for to find you a home. A person who is on your side from the beginning until the end, very honest about the situation that faces you when it comes to home buying. Loved working with her. She was able to find me a condo in less than a months time.

We had an amazing experience working with Kara. We had a pre-meeting to touring homes and give Kara all the details of what we were looking for. She was so quick to action if something came available that fit our needs and she was able to help us land a pre-market purchase for our home. She is so smart and so helpful but also extremely honest in the best way. If I had to buy a home again tomorrow, I would call Kim Crahan lightning fast! My family had to movie quickly, so I gave Kim my husband's office location and told her I needed a home close and zoned for the best schools possible. Before even visiting, she was linking me with multiple homes that fit our criteria. We find our new home on our first house hunting day! She's a great negotiator and we wanted to close quickly: she made it happen. (I should mention in the past, realtors have pushed me and my husband to homes above our price range I'm sure to pad their commissions. When you give Kim your price range, she takes it as the gospel truth.) Ann lead me to the home we bought and it was not on my list! I loved it the minute I walked it. Ann is professional and has great insight. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling. She is there to help you but never interferes in your decision making.

We worked with Austin to buy our home. From start to finish, he was great and always tried to respond as quickly as he could to any change or question along the way. He is extremely competent with the intricacies of real estate which became evident from our first meeting. When documents were required, he had them in our emails right away. We had a very difficult seller's agent and Austin worked tirelessly to reach her, even if she did not respond. He helped us switch lenders with ease, when our "big bank"lender dropped the ball. We knew and felt that Austin was fighting on our behalf the entire way. We could never have maneuvered through this process without him. He was a complete pleasure to work with.
