Carly did an amazing job selling our morningside home. We spoke with a few agents that all had different strategies. We trusted Carly’s opinion on how to price and position our home. We received multiple offers that drove the price far higher than what we thought we would get (which was her strategy!). Just as importantly, she took our family situation into account. We have two kids. 6 & 4, and she made sure to structure showing times as well as house prep keeping in mind our need for a normal family life.
