She always went over and above what most realtors would do for a client. Since we had already moved out of town and our house was still under construction, it wasn’t the typical selling scenario. Not only was she our eyes and ears on the ground through the building process, she arranged for our completed home to host a catalog shoot. Because of her contacts, we were able to off set our mortgage payments for a few months! Britton did a great job negotiating for us once we got a contract and made it as seemless as possible through the inspection process. And most importantly she really cares about her clients. You can tell in how she invests so much time in providing the best service during and after the transaction.

Julia is a great source for refining your areas to search, discovering neighborhoods and getting you acquainted with the area. Then her real skills come into play - she is great at putting the offers and contracts together to support you in multiple bid situations. She also has a great network of contractors and vendors to support during inspection and getting work completed quickly prior to moving in. Lastly, she is a wonderful person to hangout with as your exploring home after home. I would highly recommend Julia for any first time buyer (like myself) or a veteran who has bought multiple homes before.

I first spoke to Allen about the intricacies of a short sale. Allen listened carefully and suggested before I considered a short sale, I should attempt to market the property for sale at the correct price point. Allen is very knowledgable about putting together a listing which will appeal to audience interested in a specific price point. Allen helped me price the property correctly. After the first offer fell thru because of financing issues, Allen was adroit enough to go to a Plan B quickly. His negotiating skills were firm but not inflexible. Allen had to stay on top of the second offer inasmuch as the purchaser was out of the country and unable to have all papers signed and notarized properly. Allen communicated via email and encouraged the buyer to work with all deliberate haste to get to the American Embassy in London where the paperwork could be signed and notarized. His emails to the prospective buyer were firm but not coercive. Meanwhile, Allen had another buyer in the wings and patiently explained to me the ins and outs of the third buyer. Allen's attention to detail was superb and his communicating skills, written and verbal, most impressive I highly recommend Allen Minter and am most grateful I had the opportunity to work with him.

We had an amazing experience working with Kara. We had a pre-meeting to touring homes and give Kara all the details of what we were looking for. She was so quick to action if something came available that fit our needs and she was able to help us land a pre-market purchase for our home. She is so smart and so helpful but also extremely honest in the best way. She is quick to tell you why a property may be missing something you desire which we respected and appreciated during the process. Y’all need to know that Jennie Wilson is the best realtor in ATL. I’m biased because we’re friends but also look at the facts; 1. Got our house over asking and under contract within 12 HOURS of listing 2. Pulled together dozens of homes for us to look at given our preferences working nights and weekends. 3. Negotiated a fantastic price on our (hopeful) NEW home. All this being done within days...not weeks or months! You need to get out there and lock in Jennie if you’re buying/selling. You will not regret it. Deciding to sell you first home and buy a new one is a very stressful process but when you have someone who focuses on the needs of their clients and not just a price point it makes the experience amazing. I would never go with another person or firm. As I’ve said before; if you’re in the market and you don’t know Jennie Wilson, you should. You will not be disappointed.
