After 20 years in the same house and kids heading to college, it was time to go. We listed our house with Kate and she took the reins and told us exactly what we needed to do to get the house ready to sell. Kate is a straight-shooter, and she was very clear about what would be required in order to ensure a smooth sales process. She was professional, reassuring and best of all, was completely level-headed and funny. We all got along really well throughout the process and if Kate hadn’t been the person guiding the sale of our house, it’d likely still be for sale. During our closing, Kate was the only one in the room who had all of her ducks together and caught several glaring errors introduced by other parties. For our next step, we were buying a townhouse and fully intended to do so without an agent. It didn't take long for us to realize that there were many unanticipated issues and questions; we were in over our heads – Kate to the rescue! Again. I can’t say enough good things about her and am happy to now call her a good friend.

We met Allan when we first moved to Atlanta 5 years ago as our tennis coach. Not only he is a fantastic tennis coach, but we now know that he is also an amazing realtor! As a first-time buyer, we did not know a lot about real estate and were nervous, but he was always so kind and took the time to explain all the questions we had on how to proceed. We always had a blast going to look at new houses. He was always on time and was always available when we needed him. Even though it took us over a year to find our perfect first home, he made our house searching experience one of our fun memories. He was nothing but patient with us and just simply pleasant to be around. We could not have asked for a better realtor than Allan and we are very happy with our first home!!

My husband and I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience of buying our dream home was thanks to Kim Junod. After telling Kim what we were looking for, we looked at houses for only a couple of weeks and she was able to find us exactly what we wanted. What seemed like a seamless process turned into a complicated situation when a tree fell on our prospective house. Kim was incredibly responsive and proactive. She spent two months going back and forth with the seller's realtor and the contractors to ensure we got exactly what we wanted as our prospective house needed to be repaired and our garage needed to be completely rebuilt. She was so personable and made herself available 24/7. We texted, emailed and talked on the phone almost daily throughout the whole rebuild process.

Kate McKenzie was a complete joy to work with! She is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive, but doesn't everyone want to work with someone that they like and 'click' with? Most importantly, Kate is trustworthy. She gave us all of the facts and advice, and then allowed us to make the decision that was right for us. Kate brought so much knowledge to the table and was able to point out items that were in our blind spot, so we had as much information up front. I highly recommend working with Kate, and look forward to working with her again in the future if/when the time comes!

As a first time, single, potential homeowner, I was initially hesitant to even begin the process. Though, what Liz was able to provide was the most essential level of peace of mind I needed to jump right in. From the very start of the process, she will ensure that your experience is both stress-free and actually enjoyable! As soon as I reached out to her, she was completely devoted to looking for the right home for me, based on my preference and budget. Despite being just one of her many other clients, she still had the remarkable ability to make me feel like I was her only client—she was never annoyed by my inquiries, always welcomed a quick phone call, and never let me just “settle,” on anything except for what I really LOVED. Above all else, she maintained a level of professionalism and genuine interest in my time, in regards to making sure that I got the most out of my experience when going on showings. She was quite attentive to every detail I told her that I wanted in a home. As I do not tend to provide reviews for anything, unless it’s an entirely unacceptable or horrible experience, my inclination to write my review for Liz is simply due to how comfortable and calm she is able to make you feel during, perhaps, one of the most stressful processes in anyone’s life. Moving from Connecticut to Georgia was more than packing up and going. It involved a myriad of emotions in leaving the northeast, where I’d lived for most of my life. Add in I’d only visited the Atlanta area once! But then I was introduced to Jennie Wilson, who had gone to college with my daughter (the reason for my move) and had found her and her husband their most charming first home a year earlier. Through a year of Jennie looking on my behalf, being my eyes, then throw in a pandemic, Jennie was the calm, encouraging, and always upbeat partner in my search. Sitting out the pandemic in Connecticut I received an unexpected offer on my home. Now I needed to move, and quickly. But Jennie had already toured various communities of interest, giving me detailed feedback along the way, knowing exactly what I needed and wanted. Then she guided me through the entire process. All with a smile, for at any time of day Jennie was there for me. Without her experience and guidance, I’m not sure how I would have made this move possible. Because of Jennie, I’m now living close to my daughter. Is there a bigger gift than that? Thank you, Jennie. You’ve become a treasured friend, and part of our family, and I’m beyond grateful for all you did for me with your patience, good humor, and expertise. Now it’s goodbye to below zero wind chills, and with my dear friends up north a bit jealous of the southern breezes, I’m happily in Georgia, in my lovely new home.
