Heather helped me sell my home in 2015 and purchase a home in 2016. She advised me on items to do before the listing and then also hired a person to stage the home. The home sold at 92% of list price just before Thanksgiving 2015. I thought this was acceptable since it was close to the holidays and there are not as many buyers during that time of year. She is very knowledgeable and flexible and I would use her again!

Julia helped us find our first home in an up and coming area during the covid19 season. And we are so thankful to have had her by our side. She was highly responsive, always making time for us as soon as she could, and very flexible with work schedules. When we would go through a house she gathered as much information as possible from the seller if they were there like what piping, what issues there could be, and she could recognize and tell us what was to code and what we would have to fix in a home later down the road. Overall Julia is an eager and joyful person to go through the home buying process with! She even answers our questions now, two months later, if we have them.

I highly recommend Dawn for your home buying/ selling needs. She went above and beyond what a relator needs to do. She was our 3rd relator in our long search to find a house- and she was our lucky charm. She would check out the neighborhood and house before she would show it to us, as to not waste our time looking and driving to houses that would not work for our family (but may have looked good on paper). She walked us though every part of the home buying process- clearly explained what we needed to do and have done. She knows the business and really knows the neighborhoods. I can not rave enough about Dawn- she is the relator you need! We were not (even close) to buying a million dollar house, but she did not treat us any differently then someone that was. This is our third real estate transaction with Judy. The first was when she helped us purchase our home in Clearwater, followed by the sale of a rental house and recently the sale of vacant land. Judy has an excellent knowledge of market values, she is quick to return calls and is always professional when negotiating with both buyers, agents and others involved in the transactions. We have worked with other real estate agents in the past that have not demonstrated nearly the dedication that Judy has.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with Carly Wooten. The sale of our home came with a lot of mixed feelings ( My husbands job relocated us to another state) This was our first home together. Where we brought all 3 of children home from the hospital. So, there were so many wonderful memories tied up in this new adventure that lay ahead of us. (Not only that, but trying to sell a home with 3 kids under 5 at home, is not for the faint of heart ??). The one thing that really eased all of our worries and concerns, was Carly. She was so great at listening to what we wanted and needed through the whole process. She was such a calming presence in such an emotional time, but also worked hard to get us everything we wanted in the sale of the house.
