Scott did a phenomenal job selling my townhouse in Underwood Hills. Scott and I worked together to come up with a listing price that I was comfortable with keeping in mind my bottom dollar number I wanted to have from the transaction. Scott made some suggestions on what to do to help stage the home for sale. Being a busy professional, I relied on Scott and his contacts (painters / handyman / cleaning people) to help get things taken care of so the townhouse could sell quickly. We received an offer that was accepted less than 2.5 weeks after being listed for 97% of the list price. Scott is a tougher negotiator than I would have been which made up for a chunk of the commission I paid. I would highly recommend using Scott for any home sale!

My wife and I were looking for an investment property but did not know the Atlanta area at all. When we asked a friend for a realtor recommendation they passed along Kim's contact information. Right from the beginning, Kim took the time to listen to us and find out what our needs were. She helped us understand the area, suggested different opportunities for us, and explained the benefits and downsides of each property we were interested in. As we are not local to the area, Kim spent the time to view a number of different properties for us and send us photos and videos, pointing out things that she liked and things she didn't about the different properties. Kim ended up finding us two properties for a great deal, and even showed the property to a potential tenant for us. We are so happy that a friend referred Britton to us to sell our house! It could not have gone any better! From the get go she helped us decide what we needed to do to the house to prep it sell, and had plenty of contacts to help us with the work.
