I recently had the pleasure of working with Cary on the sale of my Atlanta condo. Not only did he give me an honest assessment of the condition of my unit and what needed to be done in order to get it in shape to sell, but he also personally arranged and oversaw all the improvements (which was critical to me, since I live 450 miles away in Florida). The professional photos he included in the listing made a big difference as well. Prior to working with Cary, I’d worked with three other realtors over the years with little success. Where do I start? Kim is the best.
