Her approach to pricing was thoughtful and informed, and her initial idea about price ended up being right on the mark. Blair was well-informed regarding COVID safety protocols and various contractual issues that arose during the sale process. She was meticulous to detail. Communication was very timely and clear. Blair went above and beyond in facilitating working through an issue that needed to be resolved to help the contract go through. She demonstrated calmness, clarity, perseverance and follow-through. She remained professional and unflappable throughout. She communicated very well with the buyers' agent, which really helped make the sale possible.
