Heather helped me sell my home in 2015 and purchase a home in 2016. She advised me on items to do before the listing and then also hired a person to stage the home. The home sold at 92% of list price just before Thanksgiving 2015. I thought this was acceptable since it was close to the holidays and there are not as many buyers during that time of year.
