I have known Caroline for over 15 years and she has assisted my wife and I with three separate real estate transactions, two on the selling side and one on the buying side. More specifically, Caroline assisted us with buying a house in Atlanta while we lived in London. Caroline’s knowledge of the market and her ability to quickly understand our preferences and desires in a home made a complicated process seamless. There were no lack of challenges which included five time zones, limited on the ground time in Atlanta and a severe lack of inventory (circa 2009). Despite those and many other issues Caroline was instrumental to us finding a home (that we still love six years later) and accompanying us through closing.
