Allan represented me in the sale of my Buckhead condo in a superior fashion. Nothing had sold in the building for over a year....yet, we had a contract in 12 days of listing. From the outset, Allen was very ethical in our dealings. He was quick to disclose that he was getting married in a very few weeks and wanted me to understand that while he would approach the assignment quickly and professionally, as well as provide back-up while on his honeymoon,....that I was under no obligation to proceed. We went forward and Allan was good to his word....the listing was quickly posted, a professional video/website was produced for the web, and an agent caravan scheduled. Before the date for his wedding had arrived, we had an offer ( Allan was very helpful in counseling me thru a few counters ) and a signed contract. Allan and his back-up support ( while he was away ) skillfully and quickly lead us thru the paperwork drill and ultimately a smooth closing on schedule. I was very impressed, would use him again, and certainly recommend him to others.
