Kim sold our house this year when we moved out of state. Anyone can list a house and show it, but if you want to sell your house and get it done right, you need a professional like Kim. She found a buyer, negotiated a fair price...and then the work began. Kim was able to guide both parties through the inspections and negotiate an agreement that kept both parties at the table. She gave us a realistic idea of how much work we needed to do to get the house ready to sell, then arranged all the contractors to get the work done. It worked and the house was under contract 4 days after we listed it. Need a plumber to fix a leak right now? Kim's got a guy. Need a some drywall repaired or a painter? Where do I start? Kim is the best.
