The introductions to your network of friends who also own horses and ride competitively have been extremely helpful too as we try to navigate the relocation of the horses as well. I met Allan Minter in 2008 when he was helping my business partner's brother-in-law find a home. In 2010, when we decided to begin purchasing, renovating, and re-selling properties, we chose Allan to be our realtor and have never regretted the decision. At the beginning of our investment activities, Allan met with us to discuss investment criteria and target neighborhoods. He's proven to be a wealth of knowledge with respect to neighborhoods and values. The first property we bought was the result of Allan calling us almost the instant it went on the market. By the time we met to sign offer documents, he had already had several discussions with the listing agent. By being proactive with the listing agent, he enabled us to lock up the property before other investors. On another occasion, he steered us to a neighborhood that we didn't know. However, he was able to answer all the questions we had concerning the neighborhood's dynamics, values, history, and potential. We actually bought the property based on his knowledge. We also ask him for advice before starting renovations. He's helped us choose cabinet finishes, paint colors, elevation changes, and floor plan adjustments. We've sold three properties through him. He has gotten us to the closing table with these sales by creating and negotiating win-win situations when snags arise. In one sales transaction, the buyer wanted a feature that we didn't necessarily want to add. Allan showed us the merit of adding the feature, but he also helped the buyer become comfortable with allowing us to add it after closing. Allan comes with superb resources. Having been in the business full time for many years, he has been able to direct us to key resources, such as staging professionals, private investors, and inspectors. He gives us honest feedback. He has high ethics and integrity. Most of all, he's proven to have our best interest at heart. We place a lot of trust in Allan Minter, and he has never let us down.

Kathy was incredible in helping us to buy our home! As a first time home-buyer, she did a great job of helping to inform us of the home buying process while not overwhelming us with information. Kathy did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process and continually bringing new homes to our attention as they were listed. When we found a house that we were interested in, Kathy made sure that we fully knew what we were buying. For the house that we ended up buying, our sellers used some atypical negotiation strategies and Kathy helped us navigate that process smoothly. We plan to work with Kathy again in the future when we move again one day!

Kim was phenomenal during the entire home buying and home selling process. Kim provided excellent guidance of the housing market and remained patient with us throughout the process allowing us ultimately to find the perfect home. With Kim's guidance, our home was under contract in less than 10 days!! We would recommend Kim without hesitation.

I would absolutely recommend Carly to anyone looking for a realtor in the Atlanta area. Our experience was impeccable from start to finish. Our experience was a bit unique in that we were moving from out of state and unable to see properties in person. Carly went out of her way to see properties for us and FaceTime us during the showings so we could see the houses. After choosing our future home Carly’s negotiating skills were second to none. If you have a house you want she will do everything in her power to make sure you get that house. In a very difficult buyers market we were able to get the house of our dreams over 15 other offers. We would later find out at closing this was largely thanks to Carly’s recommendation to “add a 3” end of our offer. We were also able to negotiate some additional terms during due diligence to get some concessions from the seller. Carly was absolutely fantastic and even gave us some renovation ideas after we bought the home. She will be the first realtor we contact next time we are looking to find a home.
