We searched for a home in Atlanta during a period of low inventory and intense competition. When we found a house we loved, Allan was a critical part of making our purchase a reality. He tirelessly worked to keep us updated every step of the way, and kept very close contact with the bank providing the loan. As a first-time home buyer Allan clearly explained of each step in the home buying process. One of the biggest reasons we have our new home is because of Allan. When it came to purchasing my second home, following living twelve years in my first home, I needed an agent that was well informed of market conditions and possible areas of town that best fit my needs. I interviewed several agents and Cia clearly was the best choice given my expectations. She came highly recommended from a previous client, a banking professional and a real estate developer. Beyond answering my technical questions and concerns, she was very patient with me during my home search. We met at a number of different areas around town over the course of several months to carefully consider all of my options. Cia’s approach greatly helped me refine my search in a manner that made the best use of my time. Ultimately, her process gave me a clear choice of homes in the Buckhead community. We made an offer on a newly built home, and, following a couple of negotiations that she led on my behalf, the offer was accepted. Cia was very knowledgeable from the offer phase through, and beyond, closing. She greatly helped me understand the unique issues associated with purchasing a newly built home and the various financing options with my bank. Post-closing she has been indispensable, working with the builder to follow-up on required touch-ups and finishings. I plan on staying in this home for many years to come, but if it comes time to move again there is no doubt that I will be calling on Cia.

We'd give Allan 7 stars out of 5 if we could - read this and you'll see WHY. We looked at some houses early this year (I know, "pandemic market"...) and suffice it to say that we were less than impressed with the inventory out there. We wanted to buy in an extremely specific neighborhood, and there was just... NOTHING. We were getting desperate - our current house was way too small for two toddlers running around + WFH, and we needed OUT. FAST. It got to the point that we were days away from renting a new house, just to get out of the old one! ...Until Allan gave us a call. He had called up another agent who he'd done a few deals with in the past, and was able to get us in to see an off-market property within the next 48 hours. "I think it ticks all the boxes you're looking for," he said. He was absolutely right. We jumped on it, same-day full-ask offer, and were under contract by the following Monday. It was a very complex transaction with lots of moving parts due to ongoing renovation, but Allan and his team were ALWAYS there every single step of the way, and went SO far beyond the scope of "What an amazing agent does" that I don't know how we'd ever have gotten the deal done without him. Two things the Seller told us at closing that I will never forget, that say everything you need to know about Allan: #1 - "I am really glad that Allan **twisted our arm** to get you guys in to view the house, because we actually were not planning on putting it on the market for months!" I asked the Seller what he meant, and he said: "Oh yes, Allan pushed REALLY hard to get you guys in to see it..." ...followed immediately by my #2 quote-of-the-century: "...and you should be glad that Allan pushed," the Seller said, "because a couple of days after we went under contract, I got an all-cash offer AT $200K ABOVE the price we contracted for. YOU ARE WALKING INTO $200K IN FREE EQUITY" ...so basically what I'm saying is, you should probably stop reading reviews and just reach out to Allan.

We had an amazing experience working with Kathy to buy our new home. We had very particular tastes and it took us over two years to find the right home. Kathy was incredibly patient with us and spent a lot of time showing us properties all over town. She knows the Atlanta real estate market inside and out and made sure we considered every detail of our purchase.
