As young first time homebuyers we walked into this process empty minded. Despite the fact that the market is crazy, Kathy walked with us step by step. She ensured us that she would help us find the perfect home, and she did just that. When we doubted ourselves Kathy was a ring away from putting our worries at ease. Kathy’s knowledge and suggestions led us to being able to narrow our search down to realize what home we really were envisioning. Kate McKenzie went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. While never "pushy" she remained highly dedicated to our needs throughout the entire process. She worked closely with us to ensure she understood all of our buyer criteria (it was a lengthy list). We were moving from out of state (during the pandemic I might add) so it was certainly a challenging time for our family to begin a house hunt with such a limited housing supply on the market. Kate worked quickly and diligently to show us a number of homes. Her knowledge of the Atlanta market (traffic, schools, neighborhoods) was invaluable as we were able to rule out many houses that otherwise appeared "picture perfect" online. Narrowing down our list, she was incredibly helpful in assisting us with property level due diligence to uncover any "hidden issues" such as easements, flood plains, etc that could have greatly impacted our big purchase decision years down the line. Through Kate's network, we ultimately found a home that had not even hit the market yet. Kate helped us negotiate a fair price and ensured a seamless closing process. We cannot recommend her enough!

My husband and I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience of buying our dream home was thanks to Kim Junod. After telling Kim what we were looking for, we looked at houses for only a couple of weeks and she was able to find us exactly what we wanted. What seemed like a seamless process turned into a complicated situation when a tree fell on our prospective house. Kim was incredibly responsive and proactive. She spent two months going back and forth with the seller's realtor and the contractors to ensure we got exactly what we wanted as our prospective house needed to be repaired and our garage needed to be completely rebuilt. She was so personable and made herself available 24/7. We texted, emailed and talked on the phone almost daily throughout the whole rebuild process.
