I would absolutely recommend Carly to anyone looking for a realtor in the Atlanta area. Our experience was impeccable from start to finish. Our experience was a bit unique in that we were moving from out of state and unable to see properties in person. Carly went out of her way to see properties for us and FaceTime us during the showings so we could see the houses. After choosing our future home Carly’s negotiating skills were second to none. If you have a house you want she will do everything in her power to make sure you get that house. In a very difficult buyers market we were able to get the house of our dreams over 15 other offers. We would later find out at closing this was largely thanks to Carly’s recommendation to “add a 3” end of our offer. We were also able to negotiate some additional terms during due diligence to get some concessions from the seller. Scott did a phenomenal job selling my townhouse in Underwood Hills. Scott and I worked together to come up with a listing price that I was comfortable with keeping in mind my bottom dollar number I wanted to have from the transaction. Scott made some suggestions on what to do to help stage the home for sale. Being a busy professional, I relied on Scott and his contacts (painters / handyman / cleaning people) to help get things taken care of so the townhouse could sell quickly. We received an offer that was accepted less than 2.5 weeks after being listed for 97% of the list price. Scott is a tougher negotiator than I would have been which made up for a chunk of the commission I paid. I would highly recommend using Scott for any home sale!
