Elizabeth helped my boyfriend and I purchase our home in the Grant Park area! She was so helpful throughout the entire process, and extremely knowledgeable about every area we looked in. Hire him!! Allan is very knowledgeable about the market and about the process, and he is very quick to respond to calls and emails. I was a first-time buyer and really appreciated his attentiveness. He is patient, easy-going, and not pushy at all. He stays on top of deadlines and keeps you informed. He also has a great network of other professionals he can recommend including home inspectors, lenders, contractors, designers, etc. He is just a wealth of information.
