Where do I start? Kim is the best. My wife and I, along with our 3 month old, were moving to Atlanta from Los Angeles and needed someone that could be on the ground helping us search through this wild housing market. Allan first toured us through dozens of homes before we decided to buy a home to knock down only to then decide to sell it and start the search again 6 months later!! From there he always made time to show us everything we thought we may want to remotely consider. When we needed to move quickly on an opportunity he made it happen! Next was the sale of our existing home at the time.. his advice and graciousness made an elongated process move relatively smoothly despite some challenging buyers! Lindsey is an excellent real estate agent. One of the best in Atlanta. I've used her for all of my purchase and sale transactions over the last 6 years. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate transactions and always puts her clients first. Her years of experience always yield great results for her clients. She's an excellent negotiator as well.

Carly came on a recommendation from one of my friends from high school and was absolutely perfect when it came to finding us a new condo in Midtown Atlanta. Even though Carly and I saw a few properties for rent at that time, we chose the first place she recommended to us because just by speaking to me during our intro phone call, she knew exactly what we were looking for!
