Scott was very professional throughout the entire process. We moved across the country and wanted to make sure we could trust our Realtor to take care of all the incidentals since we would not be there. He went above and beyond in many cases, such as checking on out thermostat settings after our inspection and taking pictures of our blooming garden. We were not able to attend the closing. Kara helped us navigate the process of buying a home from out of state in early 2022 right before interest rates took a hike, just about the toughest time to buy a house in the Atlanta area. She was able to set up full days of viewing homes for us while we were in town just for a day or two and already had all the info on the homes we were looking at before we got there. In a weird twist of fate and timing, we found a perfect home in Peachtree Hills and she was able to leverage her relationship with the listing agent to get us into the home before pictures were even taken. I'm a results-oriented guy, so here's what matters to me: During this entire process, we made one offer on one home and it was accepted, for a price we were comfortable with, something pretty unheard of in that market.
